Greg is an excellent communicator. This is the second time we have utilized his services. He responds quickly to e-mails, and scheduled a consult time that was convenient, his estimate was accurate along with his description of services, before and after his job was complete. His crew were neat and extremely professional they provided communication regarding the progress, which is important if you are replacing connections from all three bathrooms, showers and tubs. They started and finished on time, and were able to complete all work in one day. I have an older home "hence the reason the cast iron pipes needed replaced" I know that this can present unique challenges but they were well equipped to handle the challenges of the old cast iron connections. We have had other plumbing companies in the past that left pipe under the home or had to leave to get various parts or equipment. Greg's crew removed all the old debris and came prepared to complete the job right the first time. My husband and I are very pleased and will use his services again and recommend him to others.

I called them Labor Day. I had an up-charge because of the holiday. When they came out they said it was from the plumbing. They repaired what they thought was the problem. It seemed to fix the problem until later on the night and I noticed water again. They came back out the next day and replaced the hose. The leak came back again. They came out the third day and I explained it was coming from the wall. They cut a hole and found out it was coming from the bathroom. They were then able to fix the issue. I ended up paying about $600 for work that should have been around $180. I recommend you know where your leak is before you call them.

They were on time, courteous and professional. Their price was very reasonable. We also used them April 5, 2013 to repair a waste line leak under the house. They did the repair fast and for a reasonable price. We will always use them for all our plumbing and have already had our friends use them and they too are quite pleased.

Agreed on a date and the technician from Kessler's came and installed our mini hot water heater (2.5 gallons) and reworked our water lines under our kitchen sink accordingly. He discovered an outlet behind our dish washer so he was able to plug in the new hot water heater to that and not have to do any electrical work. He was here for about 4 hours and answered all our questions and was very personable and professional. When done he tested everything out, including running our dishwasher, to make sure all was functioning as it should. There were no leaks and instant hot water. No more waiting for 60-90 seconds for hot water. It has been a week now and we are very happy and have had no issues. We are new to the area and have now found a plumber in case we ever need one again, which we will since we own a house. Very happy with all aspects of dealing with Kessler's and will call them again, when needed.

The tech arrived early, after a warning call. When he knocked, he already had brought most of his tools to the porch. He was very friendly and professional. He worked quietly and quickly. He asked questions when he needed to, but otherwise just worked on the issues and fixed them. The prices were fair for the work done, and though I hadn't been quoted anything upfront, I was pleased when they were lower than I had imagined.

While installing a shower curtain, I erroneously drilled into the shower pipe that was attached to the stud. Kessler Plumbing was here within 20 minutes of calling them on a Saturday afternoon. The pipe was fixed with little trouble. They even recommended a drywall repairman. Great work at a very reasonable price!

John came at the appointed time and explained what could be done to obviate the numerous problems attendant to polybutylene and on the agreed upon date and time one of the Kessler staff appeared and ran a new pipe from the water main into the house and up into the attic and from the attic, the plumbing was run down through the walls to two bathrooms, the refrigerator, kitchen sink, dishwasher, the water heater, clothes washer, and two outside faucets. Follow-up consisted of having another contractor appear, on time, to fill all of the holes necessarily made in the drywall in the installation of the new pipe. The work was done well and quickly.

Excellent from start to finish. Prompt, polite, clean-up great, thoroughly completed repair. Reasonable cost. Explained repair well. Plumber knew what needed to be done but crawled under the house anyway to ensure that there were no additional problems or issues that might cause a recall later. Completed work quickly, quietly, cleanly, & left no mess for me to take care of. Couldn't have asked for better service.

Could hardly turn the handles; which were probably originals from the 70's. Called and spoke with Greg on Tuesday. He asked detailed questions and explained that would replace with Moen units with a remodeling plate as shown on their website. To avoid cutting through the drywall behind the tub and shower, the remodeling plate covers the hole made in the tile. He gave a quoted price. John, the service technician, called beforehand and arrived about 10:30 the next morning. He began on the tub and due to odd placement of the 2x4's in the wall was unable to access as needed from the hole made in the tile. (The hole had to stay smaller than the remodeling plate.) He explained and let me know would have to cut a hole through the drywall in the closet behind the wall. He cut a neat hole and since it is in the closet, I will not need to have a handyman patch. The replacement in the shower went smoother. He also shimmed a toilet to stop it from rocking. John did not even stop for lunch and finished up about 6:00. He cleaned up both areas. He was very polite and thoroughly answered all questions throughout the day. He called Greg about the amount to invoice. Invoiced the quoted amount, even though the tub took more time than expected, and given the 10% discount on labor for being on Angie's List. Very happy with the job.

My initial call was returned promptly by the owner, Gregg. I had several questions and his explanations were very thorough. The young man who came the next day to install the water heater was very polite and professional. He did an excellent job of installing the heater and cleaned up before he left. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company!

Mr. Kessler did an excellent job unclogging our drains. We contacted him in the morning and he was able to come out in a timely manner. We would highly recommend him to our friends.

I called the plumber on a Saturday morning and left a message. They promptly called back and we set up a tentative time for him to come by my home and check out the problem. I explained that I was on call that day for my job as well and the plumber was very understanding and flexible. He came by, calling first, a little earlier than he thought was going to be possible, which was great for me. He was so very friendly, professional, and courteous. He fixed the disposal quickly, explained how to prevent future problems like this and was non-judgemental over how dumb I felt to have stopped up the thing in the first place. I understood the reason for the price for the service and was willing to pay for such quick and excellent work at the last minute on a weekend. I highly recommend this business and will use them again if the need arises. By the way, I stopped the disposal up with edamame shells. Very fibrous. No amount of liquid plumber in the world was going to dissolve that stuff!

The reviews we read before we contacted him were 100% correct! We were contacted quickly and someone was to our house within a few hours. We were given a quote and the crew arrived the following morning promptly at 10am JUST LIKE WE WERE TOLD! What a pleasure to work with someone who actually came through with the things they promised! After the job was complete, we spoke with Gregg for awhile and found the reason for his success is his belief in treating others as he would like to be treated. His Christian based beliefs and attitude were a pleasure to come in contact with! We would definitely contact him in the future!

We called Kessler plumbing when our shower started backing up. They were out the same day we called and unclogged the drain and also fixed a new toilet that we previously had installed that wasn't secure. We differently will be calling them to do all our plumbing needs. He also gave us some advice about purchasing a strainer for the drain so we don't have this problem.

The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was very nice and helpful. He took his time explaining the process and asking questions about the water heater that was leaking. I had been trying to get Lowe's to come out and measure for a replacement for four days so it was quite a relief to talk to a person who actually knew what he was talking about. He gave me a full quote on the phone and set up the appointment for the next day. The repairman arrived on time and worked very hard to replace the unit...it was quite hot in the garage that day. The install was more tricky than a traditional water heater as mine is a direct-vent style. He took the time to explain the process and when he had finished, he explained what he had done installing the new pipes and how to use the heater settings. I was very impressed with his work ethic and professionalism. He cleaned up everything after the replacement and caulked around the heat vent which was something lacking with the previous heater. I really couldn't have asked for more. Next time I need anything plumbing-related I will call Kessler first and skip the big box store hassle.

The service man was excellent. He was professional and friendly. The only reason I would not recommend this service is because I prefer steam cleaning to chemical cleaning.

Services performed as expected. Dryer was installed & then charged for it when that was not requested. Worked with us on the price of the extra service. Really appreciated that!
