Heard a hissing sound in master bathroom, no evidence of leak. Went out side to check the side faucet and there was a river flowing from my garage. Neighbor secured water heater. Called Kessler's from Angie's list and that same afternoon Brandon and Mark showed up to evaluate and repair (if possible). Was not water heater, thank Goodness. Not sure if insurance would pay, I did not want them to do the work as weekend emergency, so they returned, as scheduled, on Monday to drain and remove the tank to evaluate the wall behind. Sure enough, Brandon cut a small square where the wall was wet at the bottom. Amazingly to me anyway, when the house was built 10 years ago, the contractor for D R Horton nailed the plywood thru the water line behind it. The nail had been sealed all that time in the pipe and finally turned to mush and gave up the ghost. I don't have to tell you how relieved I was that it was not the water heater nor buried pipes somewhere hard to get to. These two young men were absolutely a dream to work with. Professional, friendly, respectful and extremely knowledgeable about their craft. They found the problem, fixed it, put everything back, cleaned up and were gone within 3 hours. They honored my Angie's list discount as well. I will absolutely use them again and refer my friends to them. Thanks guys.

I was personally going re-seat a toilet and ran into a flange problem. Call Kessler Plumbing since they were an Angie's list award winner. They were very professional and timely getting to my house and doing the repair. They aren't a bargain at $100.00/per hour labor but aren't over priced either. Only thing I wish they had done was called me about how they where going to do the repair. They did a patch job(sistered up around the flange with treat wood under the floor----just a little rot right around the flange area) vs. replacing some of the subfloor in the bathroom. They did the repair before asking me which way I wanted it done. After speaking to Mr. Kessler it was apparent he would have needed an general contractor to do any tile and subfloor work to fix it back perfect. Personally, given the options and cost of both I definitely agree the direction he went,,, but he should have asked me. They offered to refund my money but i really didn't want a refund just good long lasting repair. Mr. Kessler said he stands behind all his work and the repair they did is solid and if i had any problems with the repair he would take care of it. Hey, that's all I needed to hear. Overall experience with Kessler Plumbing was good,,, and yes I would use them again for a plumbing problem but if I had multiply issues including plumbing, flooring, tile, sheetrock, paint, etc. etc.; I'd probably go a different direction.

Due to the freezing temperatures that we were experiencing, an outside spigot burst that was for the irrigation system. I called Kessler Plumbing first, but since they could not schedule something the same day, I called another plumber. The other company scheduled an appointment for the same afternoon, but they turned out being a no-show. They advertise on their trucks that if there is a delay, they pay us. However, they apparently do not stand by their guarantee. Therefore, I called Kessler Plumbing. I should have scheduled an appointment with them to begin with. They fit me in the first available appointment slot. They kept me informed on when they were going to arrive. The guy showed up on time and fixed the problem within an hour. I wasn't at home at the time, but he gave me a full summary over the phone. This was my second experience with Kessler Plumbing, and they can always be counted on showing up and doing a great job.

It was the coldest day of year and we had no water. Our outside pipes had burst. It was on a Saturday morning and Greg answered my call. He came and replaced our pipes. This is the fourth time we have used Kessler Plumbing and feel very blessed to have found a dependable and honest company to do business with.

Installed tankless water heater, removed old 40 gallon tank

I called and left a message. About 30 minutes later they called and said they could have someone out this morning. About 30 minutes later, we received a call from John letting us know he would be at our house shortly. John arrived introduced himself. He went under the house to the crawl space and was able to take the cast iron pipe out and then came out to size a pvc pipe and cut a new one to the correct length. He went back into the crawl space and put the new pipe in. He had me run water though it to make sure it was sealed correctly. In all John was in and out in about an hour and the pipe that had a hole in it about the size of a nickel was replaced. John recommended looking at getting the rest of the pipe looked at and maybe replaced due to the age of the pipe we took out and it breaking down.

Gregg Kessler and crew completely plumbed our home, including trim out and installing a Rinnai gas water heater. I cannot express how satisfied with their work and my experience I am. They always showed up on time, their work was impeccable and their technicians are smart, friendly and hard-working. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any job, regardless of the complexity and difficulty. Their prices were more than reasonable.

Called and asked for someone to come out to fix a pipe that was leaking. I asked if the work will be done when the person comes out and was told yes. was told that for the first hour it would be $90 plus the cost of parts. when the workers showed up I was told that it was the irrigation pipe and so I figure I did not need that to be fixed now. So the worker called his boss and his boss told him to get the $90 from me just for coming out to my house. So I spoke to the boss and told him that i did not want it to be done because I was told that it would be done when they came. He got smart with me and told me that his people do not have every single piece of equipment with them in their truck with them. So I told him that I thought it was the pipe to the main house and that I did not need it to be done now. So he got mad and told me that I had to pay them the $90 just for coming out to my home. So I told him no. I told him that he never told me that on the phone. So he just hung up on me. I will never again use this company just because of him. The workers were very polite and respectful and courteous.

I received a phone call from John and Frank letting me know that they were on their way. They were on time and greeted me pleasantly by introducing themselves and shaking my hand. Throughout the appointment they were courteous, efficient, and explained what was necessary to make the requested repairs. They kept me apprised of costs and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. In fact, I was prepared for the cost of installing a new disposal and was told that the one I had was working fine. I appreciated the honesty, straightforward manner, and friendly attitude of both John and Frank and would highly recommend the services of Kessler Plumbing to everyone. Victoria Van Valer

The plumber arrived on time and was courteous, efficient and corrected the problem in one hour, which included a trip to go buy a new part. This toilet had been a problem on and off for 7 year so we were ecstatic that they fixed it so well. I would highly recommend Kessler Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs. It went excellent! I now have hot water and will be using him again soon. He called me to let me know he was running a few minutes late, but he arrived when he said he would. He was neat, clean, friendly and professional. He is coming out soon to inspect the plumbing system.

Contacted company Sunday afternoon about an issue with my hot water heater. Owner called back within 20 minutes. Told me someone could come out later that afternoon . Within 10 minutes someone called and told me he would be there within 35 minutes. He arrived within 30 minutes, evaluated the problem and explained what was wrong and that he could fix it. Within an hour the problem was fixed. I was very grateful that this company could fix my problem on a weekend as well. The repairman was very courteous and professional. I will be using this company again.

The fireplace has not worked since we bought the house two years ago. Greg had it working in no time he came within a couple of days of my calling him, called 30 minutes prior to arrival as he said he would. He was pleasant, professional and thorough. He diagnosed the problem immediately, had what he needed to repair it on the truck and had us back together in no time. He was wonderful and cleaned up after himself. I will absolutely call him again and would recommend him based on my experience.

Everything went well. The morning of the leak was my finance's birthday and I had relatives from out of town . The plumber saved the day he arrived Sunday morning and fixed the leak less than an hour, he was polite, friendly and courtesy. The day was not ruined and me and my family were able to go on with our activities for the day.

Went really well. Called them around 8:00. Got a return call at 8:15. Man showed up at 10:00. Finished at 10:45. No hassle about the Angies discount either, I just needed to print it out for him.

The toilet was fixed right away! The fireplace took longer to resolve mostly because I didn't think I had the manual for it and Gregg had to research the part number. He called to say that he was having trouble finding a part that matched, but he had an alternate solution. While we were on the phone, I looked again for the manual and found it. Slightly embarrassing. So Gregg ordered the part after explaining to me the options, and the possibility that this one part may not be the solution. He was very thorough and made sure that we knew what was involved in the repair. When he got the part, he called to schedule a time to come out and when it was installed by John, our fireplace was running great. Finally! Thank you!

Kesseler did all the plumbing when we had the master bath renovated. we had a 6x5 tile shower built. they were professional,on time and the work was perfectly done. we had new faucets,tiolets, and they had to move the water lines to fit the shower. It was all done on time and without any issues. very haappy with there work.

Kessler Plumbing was nice and good. He did the work that we couldn't do on our own. His price is comparable.
