Responsive in setting up and scheduling job. Crew arrived late (but office had emailed to notify about the delay). First worker arrived and drained old water heater (about 1/2 hour). Second worker arrived -- then they did removal and install (2 workers -- less than 1 hour). Went pretty smoothly; plumbing was functional -- but not straight and nice looking. Almost no communication to homeowner about setting the new water heater (i.e., what temperature do you want? do you have any questions? ...). So I asked him just before he left, what temperature did you set the water at -- the reply was "I just put it on B, I always put it on B". I followed up with -- "That seems pretty hot -- maybe 140 F -- shouldn't we set it on 120". His response, you can set that yourself if you want a different temperature." It did not seem reasonable that he was going to leave with the temperature set at a non-standard and potentially dangerous level and not communicate with us. I opened up the attic and there were several large spills of pipe sealant on the floor and they had left their pipe cutter. I returned the pipe cutter before they pulled away and noticed that they had left their channel locks in the grass. I returned those. Then, after they left, I noticed that they had left the covers and electronics from 4 water meters (ours and three neighbors) open and laying out in the yard -- and had left their meter key. I closed up the meters and called so they could come back and get the key. Based on Angies list ratings, I expected more -- instead, I got what I might have expected from a generic big box installation, not an A level preferred provider. Labor cost was about average for plumbers that I checked with for the job ($530), but they were in a hurry and took less than 2.5 person hours (about $210 per hour) -- it seems like they could have spent another 15 minutes and picked up their tools and provided some information to the homeowner and set the system according to standard-safe recommendations.

I called Greg Kessler after the inspector found a bad leak under my house. I am in the process of selling. He sent his guy out the next day as promised. I was told that the leak was from the toilets but due to age everything under the house should be replaced. I did not want everything replaced, I wanted the immediate problem fixed. He charged me 100.00, did not give me an estimate and told me Greg would contact me the next day about an estimate. I never heard from him again. I wrote it off as I did not have time or energy. I just found a plumber who gave me an estimate, honored it and fix the problem promptly.

He did a great job. The pipe coming into our floor was crooked and the toilet would not sit flush with the floor. He cut the pipe down and installed a new flange. He also reinstalled toilet and added brackets for extra stability.

They did an "A" job, I guess. I can't remember anything bad.

It went extremely well. I called around 4:00 pm on a Sunday. A plumber was dispatched to my house and he repaired both toilets before 6:00 when the lavor charge would have been increased. Brandon was wonderful! I will always call this plumber first!

The gentlemen from Kessler Plumbing were punctual, polite, and professional. In preparation to sell my home, I needed a slow drain checked out, and my kitchen sink repplaced, along with all shutoffs underneath. They removed the object that was causing the clog in the bathroom, and replaced the damaged toilet shutoff valve. They also, during a different visit replaced my outdated and damaged kitchen sink with a new one, including a new faucet and sprayer. They removed the old copper piping from underneath and installed new pipes, along with the appropriate shutoffs, as before there was only a shutoff for the cold water, and we needed shutoffs for the hot water, refrigerater water line, and diswasher. They were on time, had all parts they needed on the truck, and they were speedy, too! Their work is top notch, and their prices are very reasonable. I plan to use Kessler Plumbing again in the future.

Gasket to the flush valve was found to be leaking water into the toilet causing the flll valve to open every few minutes. Not only did the technicans remove and replace the gasket but found the packing beginning to fail on the water faucet. They pointed out the problem to me and were asked to replace the faucet. Truly a professional and exceptional service. Will be sure to call them in the future when the need arrises.

I called and explained my problem. I made an appointment to have them come by the next day. They sent a guy over and he called before to let me know he was on the way. Love that! He was here for about 20 minutes total. He said he thought he knew what it was and told me in detail that it could be one of two things. He wanted to try the lesser of the two and asked my permission. Turns out it was the hot water heater thermocouple which cost $25. He fixed it very quickly and cleaned up after he was done. He was very polite and super efficient. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I decided I just didn't want to deal with the garbage disposal anymore. It is only me at home and it is more trouble than it is worth. So, the technician took out the broken device, reworked the arrangement of all the pipes under the sink which were a mess. Made me a happy woman.

Excellent. He called when he was on his way (on time too!) and arrived when he said he would. After fixing the hot water heater I asked him to give an estimate to upgrade a bathroom for handicap upgrades like grab bars, higher toilet, etc. I am waiting for their reply but it has only been a couple of days. I was very happy that they were able to come out on the same day that I called. The gentleman was very efficient. I was charged the 1 hour min the company has set.

All the work was done in a single day (very long day but I asked for it). All new plumbing installed through attic since the old plumbing was in the slab. Done with minimal cutting in the drywall. Excellent,quick, efficient and courteous just about sums it up. I got other estimates - these guys do excellent work for the same price as the others and stand behind it with a great warranty on labor and materials.

They had to cut across the driveway. The yard had a lot of tree roots but it took a while to get the path to lay the new lines. They fixed the driveway back and refilled the ditch where they removed the dirt Their shoes were covered when they entered the house.

When I called I was asked if I had a plumbing emergency to which I said "no" so we set up a date two days from the time I called. I was given an estimate for the work and a time window for their arrival. The plumber called in 30 minutes in advance of his arrival which was within the window of time I expected. The work was done in a timely manner (less than one hour) and when he gave me the price (which was spot on) I told him I had a coupon so he deducted the 10% from the labor fee. Everything was as "advertised" and done perfectly. The plumber cleaned up and left. John did a great job!!
