Description of Work: I called them in 2011 and in 2012. I am finally getting around to review! I own a rental in mount pleasant. My tenant called saying there was burn marks near the water heater outlet. I immediately called Kessler. Someone came out and looked at the situation, calling me the whole time to let me know the damage. They could have taken complete advantage of the situation and told me I needed a new water heater. Instead,I got honest, reliable service. They took care of the problem. They have a customer for life. So when my tenant called about the disposal.I called Kessler. This time, I did need a new disposal, but they took care of it right then and explained my options! This is an awesome company! I highly recommend them. Absolutely trustworthy, honest, reliable, and professional! They have a loyal customer for life!

Description of Work: We purchased our house in August, and shortly afterward found out that the hot water heater wouldn't light correctly. We had 2 other plumbers come out to fix it, and needless to say, they didn't fix it. I looked up plumbers on Angie's list, and Kessler had excellent reviews, so I called them. He said he could be there around 4:00. (I chose the time). He was there on time, and had the hot water heater fixed in about 15 minutes. When he finished, he explained to us what he had done, and what parts he had used, and made sure that we understood. I asked about tankless hot water heaters, and he gave me all the information I needed as well as a quote by email the next morning. I plan on having the tankless hot water heater installed soon, by Kessler plumbing. His prices are fair, and their service is EXCELLENT. He even gave us a bathroom remodeling tip while he was there!

Description of Work: I called Kessler's late Friday afternoon and explained my water heater had gone out. The gentleman said my husband could call him later than evening and he would walk him though all the measurements and info needed. My husband purchased a water heater the next morning with this info and they were there to install it at 12pm on a Saturday.

Description of Work: I contacted Kessler Plumbing and scheduled an appointment to have them work on a water heater issue on 04/03/201. Through a scheduling error they did not show up. I contacted them the next day and their representative explained what happened and sounded truly embarrassed about the error and sincerely apologetic. They offered to come by that evening and complete the repairs. They also offered to deduct the first hours labor charges from the cost of the repairs. They diagnosed a problem with the expansion tank. This repair and a couple small toilet issues were handled quickly and efficiently. Because they had needed to add me to an already full days schedule this kept them till around 6:45 PM. Talking on the way out I found they were on the way to another call for a line break which made for a truly long workday. Overall I was very satisfied. I was initially very irritated after the scheduling snafu but the follow on attitude and repair work made up for the initial scheduling error.

Description of Work: Our propane gas fireplace logs have not been igniting well for the past several years. We finally decided to get them fixed. Using AngiesList, we chose Kessler Plumbing LLC. The technicians who worked with us were fantastic. The log set problems were complicated. On the second visit, it was clear that the technician had done his homework and had contacted Peterson, the manufacturer of our log set. He fixed the problem and gave us a very useful "post mortem" regarding the problem and the fix. We would definitely do business with Kessler again and would highly recommend their work.

Description of Work: Had another plumbing company come out to replace a shower drain, they started the work,never came back.... Called Kessler, they came out within 24 hours completed the work. Great service. Will use them again.

Description of Work: Leaky valve in kitchen sink. They assessed damage and fixed.

Description of Work: We had our shower nozzles replaced after they became corroded and we could not turn them to control the water. Kessler gave us the lowest quote and fixed it immediately.
