The owner always showed up on the job site to make sure that everything was going well with the project. Even the neighbors noticed what a great job they were doing! The salesman was great. Everything was great!

Work was scheduled, workers were prompt and completed as scheduled.

Sidney came to our house and gave us an estimate and kept it short and to the point the way I like it. He brought all the information with him that we needed to make an informed decision. He promised no charges would be added at the end and he would do the work for the price he quoted. He was very quick to answer his phone or return my calls with any questions I had before and after the work was done. The day of the job the crew arrived early and tarped off around the house as promised then did a magnetic sweep around our house also as promised. Roof was finished in one day. Roof looks great and doesn't leak anymore!! Also after the job was completed Sidney was quick to fill out an insurance form I faxed him answering questions about the type of roof with hopes of getting a credit on our homeowner policy. I couldn't have asked for a better "new roof" experience.

I did not have any complaints with them. They were not my highest estimate and neither the lowest. They were rated highly on Angie's list. I liked them. The worked they did was good. I was pleased with them. They were very responsive.

I don't remember the amount because my husband wrote a cheque. They did a fantastic job. They came out and they brought a demonstrator to demonstrate the type of insulation they were going to put in. They came out a day after we called them. They did the demonstration, did a wonderful presentation, gave us a quote for price and we accepted it because we still wanted to talk to another roofer after they were here. We called them back like the next week within a few days and they were out the next week and they did the job in one day. They did everything that we wanted done. They cleaned up everything and we didn't even have so much of a nail on our driveway. I would tell people to hire them and they can't do any better. The owner of the company is on the work with the men while they are doing the work. I think they had five or six men here working on our roof. Their quality and responsiveness are very good. They were very punctual and professional. We would use them again in the future if need be.

I had a few friends recommend a contractor in Goose Creek who ended up increasing his price and tried to use cheaper single hung windows. when we were going to sign them up I found the Switch. So I went on Angie's List and found Homwerx , there great ratings and comments. Yes they do exsist. Sidney came out the next day and gave me his honest professional opinion and met our goals. He provided us a window package that we were looking for and his price (with a big smile on his face)...when I had looked at the price for materials and installation I had a smile on my face too..(in fact im smiling as I write this ). It was thousands of dollars cheaper than the other guy and with high quality double hung windows. Better yet it was within our budget. We signed him right away before he changed HIS mind. The Installlers came out and installed the windows a few weeks later. They went out of there way to make it right. I didnt have to say anything to them. They were very professional and James had taken the time to go over the windows with me and the wife. I highly recommend Homewerx for any Window installation. My only regret is I only wish I had used them two years ago when we had our roof replaced. Thank You, Billy and Sidney

Homewerx was the high bidder of three estimates, but instilled the most confidence during the proposal process. They arrived on time, were polite, worked efficiently and completed the work early. They delivered everything as promised and cleaned the work area each day better than was expected. They also rearranged yard decorations and plants. Nothing fell through the cracks. I would use them again tomorrow. Billy Martin, the owner, is great to work with, as is his team. Very professional.

Mr. Martin was on-site to ensure that everything went smoothly, his crew was very professional and worked quickly, and several things were done over and beyond the agreed upon work which Mr. Martin refused to allow us to pay for. I was very impress with their work. They used metal detectors to pick up nails and a GPS and satellite imagery to measure my roof. They finished the work within one day and they were very courteous and easy to work with. I will use this company again in the future.

Very happy with service. Billy, the owner came to my house with Sydney the salesman to inspect my roof. We met in my dining room. Very professional presentation, documentation provided, and references given. Discussed price and they left. I called a few references and received good comments. What really sold me though was a nice lady in my neighborhood who also used them and she was so happy she passed their card out all over the street and they ended up with six or seven jobs just from her. We had to change the day of the job a couple times due to my schedule and the weather, but they were very accommodating. On the day of the job, they arrived and performed the service as promised. Billy was on site several times during the day and when they finished, they did a good job cleaning up the mess. Very satisfied with the job.

They had the best price, were punctual, and hardworking. The only thing I didn't like was that they left with extra materials and I wondered if they needed it as much as they said they did. I was also told that I would be left with extra shingles, but was left with maybe 15 pieces instead of the whole box.

EXCELLENT! First off, the owners of the company were very professional. The whole transaction from start to finish was very smooth. They returned calls promptly, were on time for the estimate and installation. Additionally, the were VERY AFFORDABLE! Homewerx pricing combined with thier quality of work and materials is unbeatable. They have a parts and labor warranty that is uncomparable and backed by the manufacture of the roofing products. There were no additional charges at the end of the job, either. They guaranteed that the price you recieve in the estimate is the price you will pay, and that was true. The roof looks great and they did the whole project in 5 hours!! If you want an easy, professional, quality and affordable roof for your house, hire these guys!

Great! Very thorough and professional from start to finish. Here on time and always available when we called or promptly returned calls. Billy supervised from start to finish. Sidney explained everything during bid/estimate process and detailed all work to be done, what products were being used and all warranties and "extras" the company provides including labor warranty and guarantee by shingle manufacturer.

Mr. Martin was very professional, on time, responded quickly to calls. When they were finished they cleaned everything up and there was a supervisor on property. He replaced a sunroof that was old and did not charge us extra. He replaced rotten wood which exceeded the limit in the contract without extra charge. I would highly recommend him for any job. He took pride in his work. He completes the work as if it was his own home.

The job went very well. After a two day start delay - one for weather and one for fourth of July holiday- the crew arrived on time and went to work immediately. All materials were pre-delivered to eliminate delays. All work was done according to contract and a couple of minor preferences were immediately attended to. All work was completed in one day by a crew of about 10 workers.
