Danny did an amazing job! He was always on time, in fact he was often early. His workmanship is quality. He made sure everything was just right. He never left a mess. Always cleaned before he left each day. We plan to use Danny again, and would highly recommend him to anyone else.

Had to make a few adjustments because of structure issues and space. End product looks great. Finished job ahead of schedule with no problems.

They didn't end up completing our job because we scheduled another contractor who was available ASAP. They were very responsive and professional. I would recommend based on that.

Danny did a great job! I’m so glad we found Evangeline Construction. Danny showed up every morning on time and got straight to work. I was so surprised when he finished up our list of projects in a week! Also, at the end of the day, before leaving he always went around with his shopvac and cleaned up our floors. He’s very friendly and always asked us if everything looked ok and if we liked it. I recommend him to all my friends and family and wouldn’t think twice about having him do other projects for us. Very reliable/honest company, the entire process went incredibly smooth!

Danny arrived on time and immediately focused on the job. I don’t even think he took a lunch break. His work is beautiful. He used equipment that I’ve never seen a tiler use, in order to make the tile level. I am impressed and intend to use this company again for other jobs.

From demo of entire kitchen, including sub flooring, to starting completely over; reduction of walls, new sub flooring, new tile floors, cabinets, trim work, backsplash and custom carpentry, Danny handled it like the pro he is. The end result is exactly what I had envisioned because of Danny's expertise and background. He was amazing and would recommend him to anyone looking for a professional carpenter that can do anything regarding remodeling/home improvement.

It is gorgeous! My fireplace had no mantel and Danny constructed one just like I had envisioned. It looks like it has always been there. Danny’s work is precise and well constructed. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He got to our job very quickly after we made the decision to do it. I would hire him again for any indoor construction job.

Very well. He was very accommodating.

Cost estimates were eaay to get, transparent to understand labor and materials and fair. Danny went out of his way to go to three stores to find the exact doors and transom we wanted. The door way we wanted to enclose with doors was not standarded but once installed it looked like the doors had always been there. There was no mess left behind and the carpentry was done so well I’m even able to do the finishing myself and I’m no pro!. Danny was kind enough to minimize the amount of finishing work needed with his design. I had Danny look at my next project before he left. I’ll definitely use again and recommend to others.

Went beautifullly! Danny was there at 8 to start the work. Removed old paneling, put up sheet rock, replaced molding AND cleaned up everything like he hadn't even been there. Prompt, professional and super guy. His work ethic puts a lot of local contractors to shame.

Straight and True Construction provided superior service, stunning work and exceptional craftsmanship. By far and away the best work we’ve ever had done by any contractor. They completely transformed four plain white walls (with no crown molding) into a fabulous and inviting room.They are reliable and affordable and we won’t use anyone else!

Danny was extremely professional, always responsive, very detail-oriented, and needed little to no direction to get the job done quickly and efficiently. If he ever identified issues, he resolved them with resourceful and quick-thinking which sometimes led to better results than the original design.

Excellent, he built a new cabinet door to match a cabinet door that was installed approximately 40years ago, he extended a wall out about 6 inches, had to put in new wood where he extended it out, beautiful job. Would I recommend him again? DEFINITELY

It went great. Danny is a true professional and everything he does is done perfectly the first time around. He was very responsive when I emailed to ask him to do additional work on some torn dry wall.

I had a need to remodel kitchen in my condo on Daniel Island. I called different companies and ads and had total 5 visits and 4 quotes for the future work. I picked Danny with Straight and True construction because he was the only one who was able to answer all my construction and design questions (I had a lot of them). He was very knowledgeable and obviously very experienced. He also gave me several ideas and suggestions right during the first visit. The work he did for me was as follows: My kitchen island/bar was ridiculously tall, I couldn’t even find anywhere that tall chairs for the bar. Danny cut down and leveled that kitchen island. He also assembled and installed RTA kitchen cabinets, installed butcher block countertops, installed subway tiles. He also advised on the correct grout color for the tiles. Installed new kitchen sink. And he painted the kitchen afterward. All work was done in 4 days total, which was very impressive to me! The quality of work is outstanding! I highly recommend Danny for any remodel project!
