Cost estimates were eaay to get, transparent to understand labor and materials and fair. Danny went out of his way to go to three stores to find the exact doors and transom we wanted. The door way we wanted to enclose with doors was not standarded but once installed it looked like the doors had always been there. There was no mess left behind and the carpentry was done so well I’m even able to do the finishing myself and I’m no pro!. Danny was kind enough to minimize the amount of finishing work needed with his design. I had Danny look at my next project before he left. I’ll definitely use again and recommend to others.

Went beautifullly! Danny was there at 8 to start the work. Removed old paneling, put up sheet rock, replaced molding AND cleaned up everything like he hadn't even been there. Prompt, professional and super guy. His work ethic puts a lot of local contractors to shame.

Straight and True Construction provided superior service, stunning work and exceptional craftsmanship. By far and away the best work we’ve ever had done by any contractor. They completely transformed four plain white walls (with no crown molding) into a fabulous and inviting room.They are reliable and affordable and we won’t use anyone else!

Excellent, he built a new cabinet door to match a cabinet door that was installed approximately 40years ago, he extended a wall out about 6 inches, had to put in new wood where he extended it out, beautiful job. Would I recommend him again? DEFINITELY

danny installed trimwork throughout entire home he removed and replaced existing window and doorway moldings and put in new crown moldings he was on time everyday was neat and cleaned up well after the job i highly recommend him and will be using him again

I had a need to remodel kitchen in my condo on Daniel Island. I called different companies and ads and had total 5 visits and 4 quotes for the future work. I picked Danny with Straight and True construction because he was the only one who was able to answer all my construction and design questions (I had a lot of them). He was very knowledgeable and obviously very experienced. He also gave me several ideas and suggestions right during the first visit. The work he did for me was as follows: My kitchen island/bar was ridiculously tall, I couldn’t even find anywhere that tall chairs for the bar. Danny cut down and leveled that kitchen island. He also assembled and installed RTA kitchen cabinets, installed butcher block countertops, installed subway tiles. He also advised on the correct grout color for the tiles. Installed new kitchen sink. And he painted the kitchen afterward. All work was done in 4 days total, which was very impressive to me! The quality of work is outstanding! I highly recommend Danny for any remodel project!

Danie was very professional. He actually order and pick up all supplies for us. The work was scheduled for two business days and everything was completed on the first day.

The service was excellent, we have existing spindles to match, he had to try and find a match, a supplier said that they a match, but it ended up larger that the one we have. so he drive back down to return the whole lot back, and he looked around for a supplier, and he was able to get someone to fabricate the spindles for us, instead of using somethings that comes close and we didn't have to replace all of the spindles. The end product looks great. He cleaned up everyday, there was not any mess left behind, it looks like there is no work that is being done because everything is kept tidy.

If you want someone who is a perfectionist who shows up on time who does the job right then he is your guy. He did the job perfectly exactly how I wanted it out and how I imagined it would turn out he is the one that you should hire if you want the job done right on time and completed perfectly.
