Service and install personnel were efficient and professional. Very helpful in explaining rebate values!!!! Pointed out several items I did not consider. They even replaced the lightbulb in attic !!!!

I had a problem with the wiring in my thermostat. The service tech was very professional and did a great job. I could have not been more satisfied with him. What got me is they have fixed pricing policies and to do a simple wire fix cost me $287. I thought this was extremely high for what was done. I also was disappointed that they do not have a Senior or a Veteran discount program. I thought all quality businesses had at least one or not both of these. At 76 and on a fixed income I could have used a break with the cost of repair. Had it been a more serious repair I might have understood the high cost, but to just make a wire adjustment the cost greatly exceeded what was done. Very disappointed in the company policies, but their tech was really great.

Last week I had a new 2.5 ton 16 seer HVAC system installed at my house. Everyone was great to work with. The guys who did the install and the estimator arrived on time, were knowledgable and made sure to explain how to get the Dominion electric company rebate. I was told i would need a whole duct replacement from another company, so I went into the estimate asking to have that priced AND convinced it was required. They didn't try to sell me on anything extra, including the duct work I thought i needed. They showed pictures and explained why it wasn't necessary to spend that extra money based on what I already had. The office staff was friendly and scheduled a quality assurance check a week after install and that was very helpful as well. These guys gave me tips to ensure my HVAC system would run properly and helped me set up an account so i could access my thermostat from my phone, without me even asking (all of which I could have figured out on my own..eventually). Went above and beyond to answer questions and to look at any concerns i had. I had 4 estimates done, took a long time with the decision, and am happy with my choice (granted its only been a week!). The price was VERY reasonable, compared to other companies, and they were professional and helpful with the process.

They replaced our heat pump and installed all new ducting! Did a great job quickly and everything was neat and clean when they left. Follow up visit in a few days to check on everything. 🌟🌟

Our experience with the company was excellent from our initial appointment with Jake to determine what would be the most appropriate Lennox system for our house to the quailty control inspection by Mike today. Paul and Doug were awesome and work hard to get out new HVAC system (heating and A/C) replaced quickly. They were considerate of our home and cleaned up well at the end of the day. The central office was great about returning phone calls quickly and we did not have any trouble getting promptly on the schedule for installation. Great company and great experience.
