I was recommended Carolina Air Care by a neighbor. Their quote to replace my HVAC system was one of the lowest, but you're not getting shady service or cheap equipment. The technicians were professional and had my new system installed in a couple hours. I've been really happy with the new system. I highly recommend Carolina Air Care.

Larkin was our first point of contact with C.A.C. Very pleasant and service oriented. Knows the HVAC industry very well. Mike was the estimator and also did quality control after the installation. Of all the estimates we received , Mike was the most knowledgeable and gave us a fair price. Daniel and Doug were the installers and did a fine job. Wendy in customer service registered our equipment with Lennox and also filled out the paperwork for Dominion Energy so we could  receive a rebate. Highly recommend this company and will use them again to replace our other 2 systems when needed.

Carolina Air Care replaced our HV/AC system for an excellent value and quality for the home we just moved in when our useless home warranty would not. They are very diligent in their follow up preventive maintenance check. No more cold January and February nights in the Corner (Moncks Corner). I have used these guys on 2 separate properties over the past 5 years. They are top notch, dependaple, and respectable. They do what they say, and their installation work is excellent. They stand behind their work. They can solve problems inherent in retrofitting new HVAC into existing structures that were built before the days of universal central AC and heating, and offer innovative options. I appreciate their know-how, customer-focused service, and reasonable rates; will not bother to get quotes fromother providers for my next project, will simply go back to Carolina AC. The office staff, particularly Larkin is motivated to address customer requirements. I am always treated as a valued customer. I was 100% satisfied on both occasions and believe the terms were more than fair for what I purchased. Some years back, I had used another provider in the area (LimpR) -they could not come close to the service, product quality, and excellent work quality that Carolina Air Care delivers.

The price was the best of the three quotes I received and they were on time for the repair. The installation process was simple and quick. They had a quality assurance person return a few days later to inspect the installation. They also gave me a rebate form to send to Dominion Energy to help reduce my expense. I would highly recommend Carolina Air Care.

The estimator took the time to understand what was needed and answer question. The quote was reasonable, and the service option was convenient to me. The installers were punctual, efficient, and non intrusive. They were courteous, and cleaned up after themselves. They were finished in short order and it worked. Then the quality check fine tuned the work of the installers. Systems have run properly since.

Jake came out to give look over what we had and give an estimate on replacing it. He was very professional, courteous, and thorough in discussing the options of three 3 models for us to consider. He answered all my questions about the differences/efficiency of each of the models and also made sure I knew about the rebates that were offered. We went with Carolina Air Care to do the A/C/Split Heat Pump replacement and they were prompt and professional with their work. We had this work done in May 2020 and over these past several months have noticed a significant reduction in our electric bill from the previous year - upgrading to a new model was worth it and we would us them again.

The company totally lied to me. Our heating system went out, and after 4 visits and over $500 in parts, they said we needed to repair the system, we still did not have a working system. Their final quote based on the 4th tech visit when the heater totally shut down was that we needed to spend an additional $550 on a new control board, air handler, and a wireless thermostat. I hired another HVAC company to come out 2 days later who correctly diagnosed the problem as a 3 amp fuse that had a loose connection. I called Carolina Air Care and was told I could not talk to the owner when I said I wanted a refund for the money I spent on repairs that were ultimately not needed and did not fix my problem. The owner refused to speak with me. I will be reporting this company for lying to their customers.

From the time that Jake first arrived to look at my home and provide me with a no-cost estimate on a new HVAC system, everything went great. Within a day, I was approved by the finance company they use for the new system I had chosen. Jake had provided me with a list of four different systems that would more than meet my heating and cooling needs for the life of the unit. Within a week, the system was ordered and installed. The two gentlemen who installed my unit were true professionals. Two days after the unit was installed, a quality control inspector visited with me to check on the quality of the work performed. I am happy that Carolina Air Care is the company I chose for the job and will be the company that I see once a year for regular inspections of new system. Great Company. I was so impressed with their professionalism while replacing an old HVAC system at our beach house that I hired them to replace an old system at a rental house. The office staff is great. Returns all phone calls promptly. The Lennox system is quiet and works great. I have recommended them to my family and friends and will use them for all future HVAC system repairs.

From the office staff to the estimator, the installers and quality inspection, everyone was very professional and delivered a great product and service at the best price!
