I thought I was remarkably overpriced for the work that was done. I was charge 75 dollars for him to literally tighten a wire with the screw driver. I prob would not used them in the future.

The lady on the phone (Becky) was half the reason I decided to use this company and I'm glad I did. Becky was great. The serviceman, David knew what the problem was right away, fixed it and took the time to explain the workings to me. From now on this is my "go to" heating and cooling company.

I was very impressed with their service and will use again.

We replaced a 20 year old Trane system with a 4 ton Trane XR15 heat pump horizontal split system. Get your bids in from 4-6 local Trane or Rheem contractors, then call Carolina Air Care. If you want to avoid sticker shock, call Carolina Air Care first and avoid the rest. Outstanding warranty and value. Available no where else. Did I say they were fast?

I have enjoyed working with Carolina Air. They were honest,and straight forward with answers to questions. I think the job was great. If anyone wants to call me, that is fine.

Darin listened to the problem, which is the most important part of customer service, and had the right diagnosis for the problem. When your AC breaks and the heat index is 118 degrees outside, you need someone who comes QUICK. David and Jamie arrived the morning that I called. They diagnosed the problem within minutes and explained to me thoroughly what was wrong and the cost to repair it. They had the part they needed with them and had our AC back up and running within 30 minutes. We will be forever grateful for their fast and friendly service and will definitely use them again.
