Make sure to check your attic and surrounding areas where the work was done. They left an exposed area in the attic above the fireplace which caused some problems later.

Professional and honest. Explained what could cause the problem and ways to avoid it in the future. He corrected a mistake made by a previous company.

The technician showed up in on time, was able to answer all of our questions and fixed our ac unit. I would recommend them and if another problem arises we'd definitely give them a call back.

David and the install team where the best. They removed the old system and put in the new system without any damage. The new system looks great installed. It has dual shut off switches should there ever be a klogged drain and an overflow pan. No more water leaks or wet floors.

Came out and did not give us the run around. Chris Did great work and fixed the problem with our air conditioner unit with out replacing the compressor, which was originally told to us it was broken by the other company. Would definatly use their service again.

The staff member from Carolina Air Care came to my house and was very professional about explaining the problem and the recommended repairs. He was up front about the cost of the project, had the necessary part on his truck, and fixed the problem in less than an hour (in the pouring rain!).

Arrived on time. Inspected system before repaire was started and found an additional major problem as I watched the inspection. They made the major problems minor repaires in cost. Lowered my electric bill significantly. Top notch professionals.
