I was impressed with the level of professionalism of the service persons as well as the quality check that followed. They could have easily cost me a $1000 dollars every couple of weeks to refill freon instead of recommending a new unit. It's hard to find a good service company here that does what they say they will do.

The install team and office staff were helpful, efficient, and had a common sense approach to the work that was most refreshing. They made this a positive experience and I am very happy with the work, but even more so with the customer service!

Removed Lennox 3 ton unit and installed Rudd 3 ton unit. The only thing I have negative to say about installation crew is that they did not remove their boots while installing unit. I had to have my carpet cleaned. Other than that they were very professional. They will do my next install.
