The quick turn around service

Called when the AC wasn't cooling right. They came out, explained the problem and then we sat down to discuss a new system. They recommend a replacement system at a great price. The next week they were out installing the system. All is running great!

they gave me all the infomation about the differant systems,and then i decided what system would be best for me,they did not try to sell me and that is what i like.they were quick and did a great job..

They were great. Andy came out on a Saturday to give us a quote on replacing our system. He did not try to sell us a bunch of things we did not need. When they came to install the system they were very quick and did a great job removing the old and installing the new. I really enjoyed the fact that a different person came out the following week to perform the QC inspection. So far no problem in the first couple weeks.

I called about a fan noise in a mini-split. But the serviceman didn't seem to know anything about a mini-split. He didn't even take off the cover.

I called Kyle out to repair my system about 3 weeks ago, with the notion in my head that I was looking to have the system replaced, but wasn't sure of when. The whole experience with Carolina Air Care was great. They responded quickly, showed up on time and did the work quickly and as promised. I am very pleased with the new HVAC units and with their prices. I will use them again for maintenance.

The three man team arrived on time and replaced my complete HVAC system with a more efficient system in less than 6 hours. The total cost and install time was much less than other bids I had received to just replace the A/C part of the system. Overall a Quality job completed by professionals from the initial bid to the final install follow up for a very reasonable price.
