The sales person recommended ducting changes to improve efficiency. No other company even mentioned this. The installation crew did a great job. About 20 minutes after they left, a minor operating issue arose. They turned around after working a long, hot, humid day and came back to correct the issue. A separate quality check was done the following day. A lot of attention to detail, and the customer service people did a great job coordinating and communicating.

Installation and next day follow up quality review were thorough. When the job was complete, the area was clean. Customer service provided excellent coordination throughout and easy communication.

It came time to replace a 16 year old unit. The company that installed that unit and had maintained it for the past 16 years gave me an estimate that was out of this world. I called Carolina Air Care for an estimate. Jake came out and evaluated my current system and provided four options (all very reasonable). I chose option four, which was the most expensive, but only slightly higher than the other options and it included a rebate. The system I wanted was in stock and the crew (Bradley, Tony & Marvin) showed up the next business day to install. They also installed all new duct-work which had been needed for some time (also for less than half of the estimate from my previous company). Very professional installation and cleanup. A few days after the install Andy came by to inspect the system and give it a fine tune to make sure it was operating at peak efficiencyâ ¦like it was in his own home. You never want to replace big ticket items like this in your home, but rest assuredâ ¦this company does it right. We are very pleased!

Carolina Air Care provided knowledgeable and professional sales people and technicians to install the Heat Pump for heating and air-conditioning in our home. They sent a Quality Control Technician after the job was completed to inspect the work. Got several estimates and they were the best.. Will use this company in the future.

When our home AC malfunctioned, we called Carolina Air Care; a local company we've dealt with in the past. Their technician did a thorough system inspection and presented us with several options. We chose a new system install. By week's end, a new system was installed by very competent and courteous technicians. I have and will continue to recommend these fine folks to anyone who needs AC and furnace service.

I got a few different quotes and they were $2600 cheaper than anyone AND I got a larger unit. I got a 16 seer instead of a 14 seer. I was very impressed with the value and the guys that showed up on time to install, which they scheduled the install just a few short days after giving me the estimate. The install guys were very respectful and professional. They also have a quality control inspection after install which was awesome. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC services!

I can't say enough good things about CAC. We received several quotes and they were, by far, the lowest, even though they installed a top brand. We scheduled our service for an early install and our installers were actually early. They were very professional the entire install and even worked around our very curious animals. They cleaned up both inside and out after they were done. The installer answered my many questions about the new digital thermostat. We will definitely recommend CAC to anyone needing HAVC services.
