Carolina Air Care installed my new Lennox system this weekend. My experience started with Kyle who diagnosed my issue and provided me with my options. Because of his knowledge and excellent customer service we decided to proceed with them without getting any other quotes. It was a good call. Paul and Jamal came on Saturday to install our new system. It was cold and raining. They ran into some issues with the duct work under the house that took longer then anticipated. Even though this added a couple hours to the job they did not rush to get it done. They did the job right without cutting any corners. They were very professional & courteous. We enjoyed this experience and would highly recommend Carolina Air Care to anyone. Thanks for making Christmas comfortable for our family.

When it was determined our AC was dead, they gave us several options to replace it and the office scheduled the install on the day we requested. Although they were 2 hours late, the installers worked quickly and left our house clean. The new unit works great and is extremely efficient. I would definitely recommend them.
