Dave, the AC tech was very skilled and personable person. I would not hesitate to call them the next time we need service. They even offered to come out late on the night I called, but we said it could wait until the next morning, and it was repaired quickly and efficiently.

They installed a new Lennox 4 ton Heat Pump package and my home is more comfortable than ever. My old unit just wasn't cutting it, my electric bill was sky rocketing and the home was never comfortable, since I have had my new unit installed, the home feels great. I can actually feel hot or cold air coming from the vents. They were very professional and have great customer service.

My family has been doing business with Carolina Air Care since 2011. They are the only company I have found that will come anytime of day or night to get the job done for you and not charge you an arm and a leg to do it. Last summer when my AC went out in the middle of July they came out at 11:00 at night to fix it. My children and I were elated as it was extremely hot and uncomfortable in our home. I've never had a problem with appointments being canceled or people not showing up. I regularly refer people to this company. On March 4th (80 degree day) I came home and found the AC not working. The fan would not "kick" on and it was 77 degrees upstairs and 75 downstairs. My family was looking at buying a new unit in May to replace the 10 year old builder installed unit that we had been "babying" for the last four years. We decided to just buy a new unit now instead of May and get it over with. David came out Thursday morning (March 5th) within an hour after I called. He took a look at the current system we had and then sat down with us to pick out a new unit. He didn't try to "sell" us on something we didn't need. He asked questions about our wants, needs and usage habits. He then took the time to compare units to get us the price we wanted and the best SCE&G rebate available. The "crew" was supposed to be at our house between 9:30 and 10;00 the next day ( March 6th); they were there at 9;00. It was cold and rainy that day and it was supposed to be below freezing that night. We were desperately wanting everything done so we could have heat before the freeze. The crew worked diligently at installing the unit and fine tuning everything. They also made every effort to not track in dirt and mud from the soggy ground they were working in outside. They installed a new pad and leveled with sand, removed all debris, and made sure all of our questions were answered. We are very happy with the new Lennox unit and very happy with the service we received. The price was very competitive with other quotes we received. The big thing for me is that they came to my home and installed a unit within two days. They were on time, courteous, and accommodating. I will continue to use them for any service I may need and refer them to others. Carolina Air Care is overall a great company to do business with and I would recommend them to anyone that asked.

They did a great job with the installation and I haven't had any problems. They also put in extra ducts and changed my single stage system to a 3 stage system, a must with a two story house. This has made greatly improved the warmth of my house.

They will be installing a new heat pump on Friday, February 27, 2015.

I had a furnace that did not work and the weather was turning extremely cold. I called several companies and determined that Carolina Air Care was the best and offered a great price. They did an excellent job and were very profession, on-time and cooperative. I would highly recommend them to anyone who requires this service.

My old unit was a dinosaur, it was installed in 1984, and it had been babied for years, it would not even come close to keeping the house cool. I had 5 window units to keep us barely comfortable, so my bill was over $400 a month. Carolina Air installed a new unit in August last summer, my electricity bill was cut in half. There installation was very professional. My duct work did not mate up to the new unit and they took the time to do it correctly, I even had a tree root that was in the way and had to be removed, not many companies would have done that. Clean up and removal of the old unit was great also. They even came out and did a quality check a week later, another act of professional installation. And you can't beat their service, a couple of months ago on a Saturday night, my unit froze up, I thought it was going to be a cold Sunday and I would be lucky to get anyone here for at least three days, that is the way it is with most companies, but their answering service answered the phone at 9AM on a Sunday morning and said that a tech would be calling me shortly. By 9:30 a tech called me and said he be out by 11. Daniel, the tech, called me at about 10:30 and said he was running late and would be there by 11:30. Daniel showed up at about 11:20 and found the problem very quickly and repaired the unit. I'm very pleased with Carolina Air Care, they are professional, courteous, and just like the name says, they Care.

I had a bad heating/cooling system and called Carolina Air Care. I was extremely happy with every aspect of this situation. I called and scheduled a maintenance man to come to my house. He showed up at the promised time and immediately knew what the problem was. I just moved into this house a few months ago and my electric bill was over $400.00. David told me that it was caused by a bad system. When we turned the heat on it was only heating from the Aux Heat. He told me that the system was bad and the that I needed to replace the whole unit. I agreed with him and selected the best deal that was offered. The install team showed up on time and completed the install the next day. I will call this company when I need help with the heating/cooling of my home. Great company.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They were prompt to my appointment and very professional. After removing old 3.5 ton split heat pump system, 2 snakes were discovered living under my system and they killed them for me. With 3 dogs and having my chocolate lab bit by a snake I was more than grateful they were so kind enough to get rid of the snakes for me. The Lennox system is of high quality. My heat and air never worked this good from purchasing this house new 10 year ago. I highly recommend them to anyone needing heat/air service. My Mom and Dad actually referred them to me. I had a Lennox XP25 21.5 seer heat pump installed. Carolina Air was very professional in every aspect of this job. From their initial proposal to the final install. After my old heat pump failed, I was in the market for a high performance system. I got a total of 5 estimates from different companies. Carolina Air was the only company which prepared a formal written estimate which included mid-range to high end systems. I am a mechanical engineer with a MS in engineering. I was very impressed with their knowledge about the different systems. They beat the closest competitor by $6,000 for the exact same system. Their competitor stated they didn't know how Carolina Air could do the job for that price. The bottom line is that I am very pleased with the overall price and quality of installation.

Actually, I got a 15.5 Seer heat pump installed. They were one hour late, but all else was excellent. They beat the closest competitor's bid by $1300! Also, 5 days later the quality-control inspector days later corrected one minor problem immediately.

Really friendly and informative

Their customer service is great. Our A/C was out and they came out within 24 hours. Our unit had to be replaced. We had a new unit installed within 48 hours of when we originally called. This unit heats and cools well, however I haven't seen a reduction in the electric bill; our bill is on average $20 more a month. I don't know why, we haven't increased the temperature. Even though our bill is higher I would still recommend this company.

Every person I dealt with from Carolina Air Care was professional, courteous and upbeat. The sent out a service tech the same day I called. Andy arrived within the timeframe I was given. He took his time explaining everything to me, even showing me what he was testing and telling me why he was checking it. He gave me all of the information I needed to make an educated decision verbally and in writing before he left. I received a follow up email from the company the next morning, affirming everything I had been told. They came two days before Christmas and arrived on time to install the new system. Reggie, Stevie and Paul were very polite, and my satisfaction was of utmost concern. They worked non-stop. Everything was working, all old equipment removed and things cleaned up before they left that afternoon. They even swept up styrofoam debris in the living area that had been left by the furniture delivers earlier! Carolina Air Care worked with me to schedule all appointments around my convenience, and Andy (technician) came back on Friday, the day after Christmas, to do a quality control check and fine tuning/calibration of the system to optimize the efficiency. It is so nice to be pleasantly surprised by great service, knowledgeable people who are passionate about what they do, who show up when they say they will, and who do what they said they would do!
