Excellent follow up with the quality control team and office personnel with warrant docs and electric company rebate forms. Highly recommend!

Paul and Deamond did the install of a new 3 ton air conditioning unit for our upstairs. They were professional, punctual, courteous and efficient. They completed the job no muss, no fuss. At the end they went over everything with my husband and double checked that everything was working properly. In addition, an important thing was the very fair price that didn't change from the estimate, through final inspection. We are very pleased all the way around and would hire them again, and we will tell all of our friends and co-workers!

We recently needed to replace our old system; this company was quick to come out to give a quote which was cheaper than others we received around town. They scheduled our installation as quickly as possible, confirmed the appointment, and showed up on time. The two men who worked on our system were very nice and professional. I was impressed with the level of service, including a quality control check a few days later to ensure everything was working as expected.

Old unit needed replacement, Carolina Air had new unit installed the next day. All employees were courteous and professional. Installation went smoothly and new unit is a great upgrade.

I had a new unit put in, split level, Lennox Elite. This was the easiest of all the renovations I have done in the last 2 years dealing with various contractors.
