replaced a heat pump in timely and professional manner. price is way better than nearest competitor by at least $2,000. no "special offers" being offered to confuse and rip you off. just straight and honest talk of prices and what is included. any discounts and rebates are presented and not after the fact like the competition. customer care is the best overall. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
