Robbie arrived very promptly and inspected the interior of the house first, then the perimeter of the house. He applied the treatment and drilled holes and was told there were no termites found. I have a yearly contract with them for $185, after the initial coupon price of $299.00. Robbie was wonderful. Kept me informed at what he was doing. Would highly recommend this company. The provider said that it would last about 90 days and that is exactly how long it last. I will most likely do the treatment again to ensure my yard is pest free.

We wanted to make sure our yard was mosquito free when our grandkids visited and not a single mosquito bite was recorded! Nuff said!

We have used Arrow pest and termite control since purchasing our home in 2000. David Garner and his crew are always top notch, professional folks, to deal with. You always get a reminder call when your quarterly pest control is due. They always ask if we?ve noticed any insects and will gladly come out to re-spray any problems areas. Our house has been termite and pest free since day one. Having a termite bond is a must in our humid environment and mandatory when you sale your home. Arrow offers a great termite bond and a very good price.

This company was great to deal with, they were punctual, courteous, and helpful. When i called for a general appointment, one was made quickly for two days later. The appointment went quick and smoothly, we will definitely be using them again.

We obtained 4 estimates for encapsulation of the crawl space under our house. Each of the estimates were approximately $8500-$8700. When I got my annual termite inspection from Arrow Termite and Pest Control, Brandon Ahern informed me that Arrow also provides this service. I asked him for an estimate and it came back at $7300.00. After questioning him on the quality of the materials, the installation, etc., I determined it was exactly what the other companies were offering at a much lower price. The work was performed on time, but, took one day longer than estimated. In addition to the lining on the ground and sides of the crawl space, the price also included a sump pump for a low area where water sometimes accumulates during heavy rains and a large capacity dehumidifier and humidity monitor to ensure that the humidity levels stay at the recommended levels. We can read the temperature and humidity level under our house anytime from inside our house. The price also included "rodent proofing" the crawl space. In fact, a couple mice got trapped inside the encapsulated area and could not get out. Arrow came back and removed the dead mice a few days later when we noticed an unpleasant odor. Thanks to Arrow, we saved over $1200 on the job and the quality is excellent. Brandon Ahern was very professional, honest, and hard working. I can't say enough good things about this company.

Arrow always does an outstanding job for us. They call to remind you when it's time for a treatment, call to confirm their appointment the day before, and call to let you know they're on the way before they actually arrive. They're always professionally dressed, never have a slovenly appearance, and are very personable. They pay close attention to where you want them to spray, and where not to - such as pet food areas, fine art, etc. In March we began the Mosquito Control Program by Arrow Termite and Pest Control, and after only two treatments it has already been a complete success! As a matter of fact, even after the first treatment, we were able to sit in our yard again, which was something we had not been able to do the entire spring and summer last year, without dousing ourselves with bug repellent. We cannot thank Arrow enough for offering this service!

They are very friendly and I feel comfortable when they are in my home. They are thorough and will come back to resolve issues if you aren't happy at no additional charge.

My overall experience with them was ok. I think the price I paid was about average for the job. The quality of their work was alright. They did a good job spraying the interior and exterior of the house. I'm not sure if I would use them again or not.

I had some pest issues in my backyard, and they come out promptly. They sprayed in my backyard. Their price was reasonable. When I called them, I called them for the second time.
