Description of Work: Had countertops in kitchen replaced. Colby Orr came to measure and gave estimates. We signed contract and within days a man came to make templates for installation. He informed me the edging Colby had said would work fine would not work at all and we had to make change. Again, within days we had installation of granite. Very polite, pleasant installers who arrived at 7PM and, to my neighbor's dismay were there until after 10. They were supposed to be there at 3 but apparently got held up on a previous job. If we didn't let them come that late at night it would have been several more days with no countertops, sinks, etc. so... After installation we had their plumbers come hook up sink. What a couple of jokers they were, don't use Bo Horne for your plumbing needs, poor workmanship, very unprofessional twosome. A few days later we noticed where the dishwasher was the installers put a metal piece from the dishwasher to the granite. I noticed this when I cut my finger on the sharp edge of it.. We repeatedly called Colby Orr with no results until we got ahold of his boss at which time he promptly returned our phone call and then came to view the problem. He said he would have someone out to fix it in the next couple of days. It has now been three weeks today and no one has responded yet. Obviously once they get your money., they consider the job done and move on. Very poor customer service.
