Description of Work: talked to another bid before talking to me and told me he heard i had an $8000.00 budget and couldn't do the job that cheap.i asked him where he got his info and he told me a friend /competitor.i said i didn't like the way this conversation was going and i didn't think we would work out,he replied "good that saves me a trip."so naturally i hung up and was done with them.
