I needed several shut-off valves replaced and my irrigation back flow valve replaced. My quote and explanation was very clear and I got exactly what I expected. Repairs were completed within 1 week of quote. On the day of repair, things were done before I realized. Would absolutely hire again!

My mom had a toilet that just wasnt right. Ran for way too long. Russ figured out there was a faulty valve that allowed too much pressure to the toilet damaging the internal parts. Replaced both and now she is good to go! I am so glad he knew what to look for otherwise we would have replaced toilet part over and over!
