Great Company! Did what they said they would for the quoted price. Always on time and very pleasant. Answered all our questions throughout the process. We had the whole house replumbed so it was a big job. They cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely recommend them. We will use them in the future for whatever we need.

Russ is experienced and has limited his services to a niche group, therefore he has the time to do the job right. He's not trying to be all things to all people. He installed a tankless water heater for us and removed the old ones. Couldn't be happier with the service and we will call him again.

Russ is a very thorough, conscientious, professional Plumber with over 20 years experience. He arrived at our church building to replace a 10 gallon water heater -he arrived early, completed the installation and was finished in less than two hours. The installation was excellent and exceeded our expectations. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

I am very satisfied with Russ of Integrity Plumbing of the Upstate in every way. He was very thorough in his examination of my plumbing system and recommended a reasonably priced repair. I originally wanted to repipe my plumbing, but Russ' assessment of my plumbing system changed my mind giving me confidence in the current system. Because of Russ' assessment, knowledge, and workmanship, I plan to utilize him for maintenance and all other future plumbing needs.

When the company I have a service contract was â bookedâ and could not come out for two days, I found Russ and Integrity. Came out immediately on the evening before Thanksgiving, was able to perform a temporary fix to allow us to continue with our plans, and returned first thing Friday morning after the supply house opened. Russ was professional, worked efficiently, explained everything thoroughly, and cleaned up after completing the work. He was respectful of our space and our time. I recommend Integrity Plumbing wholeheartedly.

I just wanted to leave a quick review. I appreciate Russ with Integrity Plumbing so much. I did not know who to call when my garbage disposal just died with raw chicken I had just stuffed in it. I put in a request in for estimate on Angis app not sure what to expect. Within hours I was on the phone with Russ. He was prompt (actually early which is awesome!) and I had a new disposal within mins. He also noticed how bad the water pressure was and took a look around the house. I went ahead and had him install a new pressure regulator valve and the increase in water pressure is nuts! I can’t wIt to shower! Thank you so much, Russ! I will be calling you on future projects/installs!
