Description of Work: The provider replaced and painted four small sections of rotted fascia. He arrived without an adequate ladder even though I'd informed him by e-mail that second story work was needed. This meant that a second visit, with additional labor cost, was needed to complete the task.

Description of Work: Several jobs were completed. New screen installed on screened in porch. |Several items hung on brick porch. Several smaller interior jobs. Shawn also sanded and re stained our front door. He sanded and painted our railings on the front and back porches. The railings looked brand new. He is scheduled to do some additional work also.

Description of Work: He originally was contracted to build a room, but because of codes he was unable to so he and I sat down and figured out how to layout a deck. He did an excellent job and I would use him again. Also, I had him replace some mirrored closet doors and install an attic latter.
