There work was great and we will use them again!!

Excellent experience from start to finish. Scott and Ronnie arrived on time and completed everything in the time allotted to my satisfaction. They answer questions and make excellent suggestions. This is a customer orientated business which is a rarity in the remodeling industry. Initially I spoke with Kim to arrange the work and she is simply fantastic both with arranging the work and the follow up. I will use them again and recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

This is the only handyman service I will ever use! I called company after company and my job was too small for all of them. I finally called Heavenly Home and they said they would love to do my job. They came out and gave us an estimate and it was accurate to the penny. He also taught me how to fix one of the items I wanted him to fix because he said he didn't want to charge me for it!\ He was honest and delightful to have around the house. At one point he gave me an umbrella to get the baby out of the car! I have already recommended him to my friends and I am starting on my next list. You can't go wrong with Shawn!!

I spoke by phone with the "scheduler" who set-up an appointment for a visit to my property for 08/23/2014 at 3:00 PM. At 3:30 PM, (already 30 minutes late for the meeting), I received a call from Shawn Hunt saying that he was on his way & would arrive in about an hour, which would have been a full 1.5 hours late! I explained that our meeting had been set for 3:00 PM & that I would not wait another hour, to which Mr Hunt replied, "Things just don't always go the way you want". I told him I understood that, but that if he could call me 30 minutes late for the appointment, he could have called 30 minutes prior to our appointment time to say that he was running behind. Mr Hunt asked if I wanted to reschedule. I declined. If this is how an initial meeting & estimate is handled, I do not need to know more.

Shawn and his worker are great. They showed up on time and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done perfectly. They cleaned up when finished and they were able to accommodate my schedule. I will be hiring Shawn for future jobs.

When they contacted me, they asked me to take pictures of the problems and then they will let me know what I needed to go purchase so they can come out and perform the work. They said they did not want to take time off the hours if I already had the supplies ready for them. I thought they would come fully prepared and perform the work. I am just requesting a refund.

Mr. Hunt was helpful and very professional. I would hire him again.

They showed up on schedule and did a great job with the repairs, however they never provided me with an invoice after completing the work. This may be nitpicking, but I feel as though it put undue pressure on me as the customer since I had to go back through my emails in order to find the original estimate and pay the company.

Shawn's work was excellent and completed on schedule at a fair price. He was punctual and professional and I would recommend him highly.

We called to ask for a bid a big project. Shawn promised to provide an estimate in a few days. No estimate, no call, no contact. A couple or 3 weeks later Shawn's wife called and said we could expect a quote in the next 12 to 24 hours. Again, no show. Although Shawn asked that if we decided NOT to use him to please notify him, he was never back in touch. OF COURSE we couldn't use him! When he did come by to look at the project instead of discussing our project, he told us of all his success and accomplishments in a different state. Before he came here to "start over"! Should have been a warning to us. Don't bother to call this provider,,,BECAUSE HE ISN'T!

It went very well. Shawn showed up during the appointed time frame. He and his helper did a great job. We were pleased.

They worked 11 hours straight to get the job done. My parents are so glad to have their master bathroom back. The floor looks nice and was well done. I know it was not an easy job. I appreciate all their hard work. I would recommend them as well as use them again.

My front entrance goes up 18 feet and has a plant shelf and stairwell. This makes it difficult to get to the middle of the room to install a chandelier. The job had to be done while practically hanging off the ladder. The job was completed to my satisfaction and cleaned up quickly. I will use heavenly home again

He came out to do some electrical and plumbing work. Once he started doing the work he realized he couldn?t do it and wasn?t able to put things back the way they were. I had a can light that didn?t have any electricity going to it. He advised that we needed a new can which he did not have. We weren?t aware that we would need to have the supplies present before he came to do the work. The thing that is most annoying is that they offer 2 hours of service but bring 2 people out for one hour instead. It ends up that one person kind of stands around while the other works so you don?t really get what you paid for. I spent $90 for nothing! In response to the service providers comment: Basically I did have an electrician come to check the can light because Shawn from Heavenly Home said it needed to be replaced. The electrician said he checked the can and it ended up that there was just a loose wire. He connected the two wires and it worked. So replacing the can wouldn't have worked. He also mentioned that he did some other miscellaneous work when all he did was try and screw in a a screw to the top of the can. He also left before the hour was up. I was going to have him work on the fountain but didn't think he knew what he was doing.

Heavenly Home Improvements really helped us out. We were trying to spruce up a rental property prior to putting it on the market. The home needed a full paint job and plenty of landscaping. Shawn and his team responded promptly, quoted the LOWEST price, and followed through on their work. There were only a couple of minor adjustments during the process, but overall well worth the investment. I would recommend this group to anyone who is looking for value...good work at a very competitive price.

No was no clear communication with them and it’s been several days. They sent an initial email. Then I couldn’t get ahold of them. When I talked to them days later they had me confused with another customer. He never called back to clarify or schedule.

Arrived on time, did and excellent job.

Wood mantel was installed first, fast and looks great. Two faucets needed new connections and Shawn had to go to Lowes to purchase for $40 additional cost. Unfortunately one has a defective part and has to be replaced.. While Shawn was out getting faucet connections his Assistant did some miscellaneous hanging of brackets and shelving.

Shawn and his assistant were on time, professional and did a great job. They are going to do additional outside work for me. Shawn is putting together the pricing now. Really nice and professional

We will hire him to do do the job and will hopefully get started soon as our schedule is full but he is being so understanding to our needs. We really like Shaun and reccomend his business for someone honest and Friendly.

The screws had stripped and completely pulled out of the metal door which fastened it to the frame. He realized there was wood deeper in the door to anchor to with longer screws. They ones provided were too short and did not hold. He also hung a roller sunshade to the metal frame in our three season porch. Not huge jobs, but was more than happy to do them in a timely manner. I will use him again for other projects, very handy person.

Called Shawn to inquire about a list of home repairs that needed to be completed. Shawn came by that same day to review all the tasks that needed to be performed, and I received a detailed estimate by email....that same night ! Shawn did an excellent job with all of the repairs, which included: - Master bath plumbing - Kitchen faucet replacement...which included special ordering with manufacturer - brick/motar on brick mailbox. - Gutter repair I will certainly call on Shawn for additional repairs.

After being stood up by a contractor, I called Shawn in a panic and hopeful that he could respond right away. It just so happened that he had a small amount of time and was willing to help me out on the spot (on Halloween, no doubt!). He showed up exactly when promised and got the job done. He made some recommendations that allowed the project to be completed without any hiccups. Our pet door is installed in an exterior wall and it works great! His prices were very reasonable and I will, without a doubt, use him again in the future.

well.Shawn showed up as promised and was continuously in touch till the work was complete.the wooden mattress was broken and without Shawns expertise we would never be able to put it back together

The job went very well they cleaned up everything.
