Shawn's helper arrived a little late, so Shawn made sure that they worked until the 4 hours that we had hired them for were completely used up. Very friendly and professional. I would recommend Shawn's company and would hire them again for my own house.

Good. Considering using them to expanding my shower, when we are ready to start the project.

I used this company's special, 2 hours for $150 and I certainly got my money's worth. My home is older and he had to replace a few of the plumbing elements. He showed me everything he was doing and explained any problems that he encountered. He and his Dad were friendly, professional and thorough, even cleaned up everything when they were finished. I will definitely use his company again.

They were very professional. Listened to what my vision of the finish product was and repeated it back to me so that I knew they understood exactly what I wanted. Finished right on time and the finished product looked great.

Shawn introduced himself and asked for direction to work area. He and helper immediately got needed tools and material and did the work in very timely and professional manner. I was very pleased with the quality and efficient process. I will not hesitate to use them for jobs I need to get done in the future.

The service turned out wonderful. They were over the top in everything they did. I want to get him back for some other work. Everything was not just satisfactory but when they had a little lull in the work when they were getting some parts, he actually put his guys to doing other things around the house that I didn’t even ask for. They were very personable. I had some other work that was not on the Deal. They did exactly what they said they would do.

The quality was terrible. There are nails sticking out in several places. There is no space between the deck boards for expansion and contraction. The Steps are constructed in a way that makes adding a railing impossible. I Was told the additional hourly rate was $70.00 per hour, but got an invoice showing $75.00 per hour and padded an extra half hour.

Sean, and his partner came out and did a few things around the house. Sean did a good job fixing a rotten piece of facial board, and fixing a rotten porch post. The helper attempted to repair some laminate floors in the hallway that I had recently installed. This was my first time laying laminate floors, and I had a problem getting around the door jams. The helper attempted to go back and fix around the door jobs, but he did not do a great job with it. It was really no big deal, I ended up going back and fixing the problem myself. I feel like this was a good deal, just wish I would of used the time to fix a few other things.

It went well, it was time consuming because he had to measure the cabinets and cut into the wall so they can be center directly above the the faucets. Shawn explain in detail excatly what he had to do and what obstacles that could be in the way.

These guys did a terrible job for me. First they were an hour and a half late. They had me go to Home Depot 3 times to get parts for them that were of no use. Every time I came back they were outside smoking and I'm not sure if they did any work. They threw out all the warranty information and installation instructions for the sink and garbage disposal. The sink and disposal does not work! The blinds are not fixed either. The only thing they accomplished was replacing a light bulb and fixed a light switch in the bathroom. They were supposed to each work 2 hours and I asked them to complete the work but they said it would be another $75/hour and it would be another hour and a half. At that point I told them to leave.

I love, love, love Shawn and his crew! They fix everything and if you can fix it yourself for cheaper... they tell you how! Shawn has been at my house, my moms house and my brothers house and we have never been disappointed. He comes on time. He explains things to you until you understand the process. The men clean up after themselves!! This time Shawn needed a part so he ran out to Ace and bought it. Then he installed it. He doesn't charge you more for his time. He does it because that what is moral and ethical for him to do. He loves children and is patience when my 4 year old wants to "help." He always pets my dog. I recommend him to all my friends. I will use him until the day he retires. Get him to at least come out and give you a quote and see what I am talking about!

Shawn is very easy to talk to and explains what he will be doing. Showed up on time and called if he was running late. He ran into several unexpected problems but was able to find an exceptable solution. I already have Shawn lined up for future jobs.

They worked out really well. They ended up costing me a little bit more, but the service was good. I like them. They were professional and I like the work that they did.

THEY WORKED ON LIGHTS, WOODWARD AND OTHER STUFF I CAN'T EVEN REMEMBER CAUSE NOW IT'S FIXED!!!

Gave contractor 2 times to schedule the work - Never heard from them.

I purchased the materials to replace a mailbox, (my neighbor's, which I knocked down!) but was physically unable to do the actual work of installation. Shawn & his assistant came promptly, removed the old post and set the new, and at my request, swapped the box and newspaper tube from the old post to the new one. Nice, clean job.

The provider arrived late, but called to say that he was running late. I had sent him detailed plans and measurements for the shelving and he instructed me on what I would to purchase ahead of time. In the middle of building the shelves he realized that he did not get the right amount of wood. He asked me to run back to the hardware store to get the wood, but I couldn't because I had another appointment. He went to the hardware store but could not find the wood. Later in the day when my appointment was over I went back to the hardware store to get the wood. I had purchased the deal for two workers for four hours. He arrived with three workers and told me that they would only work for three hours. Because I had to run to the hardware store to get the wood that was missing from his estimate, the project took longer than three hours. He asked me to pay extra for the work. I refused.. The shelving unit was built, but not painted as I had hoped. I had to call him because they took one of the worklights from my garage. They returned it.

They were on-time and very clear on the tasks/limits of what would be provided. The "only" issue was when the kitchen faucet was installed...the hot water pressure was minimal (almost non-existent). I didn't notice this until after they left. I called and had to call again the next morning. I got an immediate answer and apology for the oversight on the water pressure issue and neglecting to call back (which a reasonable explanation was given). The hot water issue was resolved the next day. The men were personable, respectable and knowledgeable. I would use them again, even after the hiccup that took place.

Provider was to paint ceiling. I told the provider over the phone the size of the area and that the ceiling had popcorn ceiling and beams. I wanted to know if they felt they could finish the job in the 6 hours of work I purchased. Over the phone, they seemed to think it was no problem to finish. When the workmen arrived, they agreed that it would be no problem to finish. I asked for advice on painting or leaving the wood beams as is, and they advised lightly sanding and then painting them, which they said they could also do in the time frame. They did not sand the beams but just painted right over the stain and varnish. Also, they only finished about 1/3 of the job even with my purchase of an additional hour. I would have paid to have them finish that day, but they had another job to do. The second worker wasted most of the last hour I paid for outside - either smoking or maybe cleaning up, I don't know. They offered to come back in a few days to finish, but I couldn't put more money into the project so I am finishing it myself. They were pleasant but did not do a good job estimating the amount of time needed for this job, which was disappointing. Also having the beams painted but not sanded is a problem.

This was a Angies list deal. They were quite responsive and set up an appointment the next week after I purchased the deal (in a time slot I had provided). While they were 15mns late arriving the morning of the work, Shawn did call before I was expecting them to let me know they had more traffic than expected. It was a list of many small things that had been building up. I was happy with their efficiency, practical approach. The dry wall / plaster repairs were done quite well. I finished the job with a sanding and painting (which is what I said I would do). One leaking faucet was more challenging to get the right parts...this was partially due to me not having the part number. At the end of the day it was thankfully fixed!! Some attention to detail was not at the level I would expect. They reattached one side of a towel bar and it doesn't sit flush with the tile (ie like it did before it fell out) and the door stop on a closet door was functional but not aesthetically pleasing. This could be corrected with deeper communication. I found Shawn easy to engage with around the work, so it is a matter to go further in communication before the job is done.

Did not go as well as I would have liked it to go. I was assured they would handle everything (except carpet). I was made a lot of promises that were not fulfilled. Maybe my idea of "ready to move in condition" is different from theirs. The work took approx 3 weeks. Shame on me for not watching more closely. I paid out the last draw not realizing the work was not yet completed. Then after the walkthrough and a discussion over what is included and not included in a "deep cleaning" I received another bill with additional charges. At that point I cut my losses and told them I would finish their sub par work myself. Very disappointed in the "customer service". I will not use again.
