Phil the owner was not as interested in selling me a system as he was finding the perfect solution. He spent quite a bit of time engineering a solution to my problems before he recommended a system. All this at no extra cost which by the way was very reasonable. Showed up exactly on time and completely cleaned their way out the door.

Phil came in assess my needs. Took the time to explain what he was going to do and how the company is run the workers were on time, polite and cleaned up any mess that was done. The York Heat Pump is doing a great job. I had a question, texted Phil and he got right back to me.

Great Price and quality work.

Did my project in a little over 2 and a half hours. Old system out, fixed the duct work, expanded the return pipes so I was getting proper air flow and got the new system installed. So far it works like a champ. About froze my butt off last night because I was not used to having an AC system actually work correctly. Thanks

Over the Labor Day weekend in 2018, our ten year old Heil heat pump system died on us. Our HVAC vendor at the time said we had a leak in the coil and the coil needed replacing. They added coolant and the system worked for about 24 hours before dieing again. The repair cost us about $200. Our Heil heat pump had been a constant problem with many service calls, even though the unit was well maintained. My wife and I decided to replace the whole HVAC heat pump system with the best system we could afford. On Labor Day Monday I used Home Advisor to find a company with great reviews and discovered Energy Sharks in Simpsonville, South Carolina. I was amazed when Phil answered my phone call on Labor Day. He was professional and very helpful. He came to the house on Tuesday and inspected our current system. He told us the Heil system was too big for our townhouse, the return duct work was not correct, and there was a safety hazard because the breaker on the heat pump was too large. We talked over his suggestions and decided to invest in a top of the line York system. On Wednesday his crew showed up about midday to start the installation. A second crew also came over a little later to help. In about two hours they had the new heat pump installed and running. My wife and I have been so impressed with Phil and his crews. The new York system is smaller than the old unit but it puts out more cooling and heat, moves more air, has a larger air filter, includes a variable speed fan, and is much cheaper to operate. Phil helped us get two rebates too. (We are still waiting on the Duke Energy rebate but I am sure it will come soon.) We have a second property that will need a HVAC system soon, and we will be calling Phil and Energy Sharks to take care of it for us. We highly recommend Energy Sharks.

Phil and his guys were very knowledgeable friendly they stuck to their estimate. The crew cleaned up after they finished working . They answered all my questions and addressed my concerns . I Love Energy Sharks . I reccomend them and will use them on any future projects . Thank you guys

I really enjoyed speaking with both Phil and his install team. There were some confusions over final pricing, but everything was worked out satisfactorily. Phil goes to great lengths to explain all the necessary details, and his installers did an outstanding job. I can't comment on the services side yet, but I fully intend on using them from here on out. I definitely recommend to anyone who is needing to repair or replace their system.
