Energy Sharks

After getting rave reviews from family and then other friends who had used Phil of Energy Sharks, we chose to use him as well. Whereas I don't believe that price is everything, he was by far cheaper than the rest and quite frankly, his knowledge was very apparent. Phil made some suggestions about easy changes that would make things much more efficient and in turn lower our electric bill. He was spot on and we are so thankful for a considerably lower utility bill. THANK YOU PHIL!!! If you are looking for someone to service or replace your heating & air, there is no other place look. We couldn't be happier!

It was a tough install in the pouring rain. The install crew were very professional. They put down runner covers and took every measure to protect our house. The system is working great. A job well done.

Phil came out and gave the estimate and the installers came on the scheduled date and time and they were through within 3 hours. They did a neat job.

Responsive. Installation was done quickly and professionally at a very competitive price. Phil recommended some inexpensive tweaks to my duct work and installation of a solar fan to extract heat from the third floor attic which was making my A/C unit be overworked and should help reduce my overall energy costs. The third floor has never been cooler. Very happy with this company.

Install was good still waiting on rebate information that was promised.

They were able to get me the HVAC System I needed/wanted within 5 days during the hottest 2 weeks of 2021 so far. Installation was quick and professional. AC works great and I am waiting for fall (2-3 mos away) to try the heat functions. Price was much lower than most and products are available through a local warehouse.

From the almost immediate response to our inquiry, to the next day scheduling of the on-site review, the VERY competitive quote (compared to the three others received for the project), the fast procurement of the chosen equipment, and for the coup de grace, the highly experienced and skilled team that effected an exemplary installation- we cannot be more pleased with our decision to contract with Phil and his company to perform our two system HVAC replacement and conversion to dual fuel capability. It's rare these days to receive value in a transaction, but in this case we got all we bargained for, and more. This was not an inexpensive adventure, but the satisfaction of paying for a job thoughtfully presented and expertly executed is hard to come by, and the Energy Sharks have earned every penny- we recommend them without reservation.

I guess everyone is young to me but these boys were jam up. They had to reduce my system to fit my new furnace, they did not play, It was amazing how they took out the old and put in the new. They were awesome!

They came out for an estimate on Tuesday and installed in less than a week.

EXCELLENT JOB

Phil from Energy Sharks came over Wednesday around 12:30pm and I had my new high efficiency York heat pump installed by 9:30am the next day. Very professional and quality work. They hauled off the old system and cleaned up everything when they were done. Very happy with the installation.

Very professional and Phil was very informative and knowledgeable about HVAC. Energy Sharks were able to start installing a new unit within two days and I will be using them as needed in the future.

Quick response to call and questions, very knowledgeable , help me getting what i needed, have a great crew. Will go back use them again.

Our 17 year old AC went out on Saturday. I contacted them Sunday morning. I knew that we needed a new AC and gas heat system since we had problems with the fan earlier in the year. Phil came out Sunday afternoon to assess and size the system. We decided to go with a York system since they offered a 10 year parts and 10 year labor warranty. The crew of 4 arrived 10 am Monday and by 2:30 that afternoon we were up and running with the new system. 5 stars so far. The main unit is in my work shop so there was easy access. The new unit was shorter but wider than the old one so they had to build up the cement blocks supporting it since it was 4” short of the duct connection. The following evening I was straightening my work shop and noticed that one of the return ducts had separated at a seam near the ceiling. The old duct tape had pulled loose from the jostling of the installation. Looking under the unit I noticed that the supporting blocks did not extend to the back corners and the thin sheet metal bottom of the unit was buckling. There 2 items I was able to fix myself (being handy) but if I had not noticed the return air would have been pulling unfiltered air from my workshop not the return. Also the bottom buckling might have caused other problems. I would definitely recommend them for their communication, knowledge and Phil’s professionalism. The install crew was good but I give them 4 stars for not double checking the base and existing duct. It was raining and they were hurrying at the end but that is no excuse.

The only thing I have a problem with is the price, I think he took advantage of me being a woman, I found the same Heat Pump online for under half the price. The employees took my fence down without telling me, They did put it up, But It is not right, I have to get it fixed, I also asked them to check my duct work under the house, they told me they did but they did not. also one of the workers had cut a hole in my duct, Thank goodness I went out there to check on their progress because I seen it and made them fix it. So ....

They did a nice job, but was really slow on paperwork. required several follow ups
