Matched price of competitor and job performed above and beyond expectations

These guys went above and beyond! First off, I got such a good price with two new Trane units installed by Energy Sharks that I was able to add having both upstairs and downstairs duct work completely changed, a return added in a room that needed one, had hepa filters placed on the two units and have a solar powered attic fan installed and it was slightly more than what a previous company quoted me for just the two unit! Four days after having my new units installed, our house was struck by lightning. It blew out everything, including the AC. One call to Energy Sharks and the technician that installed the units called us and made arrangements to come out that night to attempt to get it back working. These guys went above and beyond in my honest opinion.

They are not just selling hardware, they are interested in how the system works to optimize your comfort. They take the time to understand the layout of the house and how the pieces fit together. No one else spent the time to do this.

Phil's team did a great job. They were punctual. They kept their work area clean, and left the place looking like it did before they came. The guys were professional, and Phil followed up with me at my home after the install to do a final inspection of the work. Phil got me significantly increased air flow for a marginal additional cost. This was probably the best part of the service. He understands how to maximize the system. I will definitely use Energy Sharks in the future, and I have already recommended them to others

Phil at Energy Sharks was so helpful in getting my air conditioner/furnace replaced. He was more than accommodating since we had to schedule around my tenants availability. Since I do not live in South Carolina, he was wonderful to work with via email and phone calls. Being out of state I felt comfortable knowing that I was getting a good job for a great price. Phil Esposito of Energy Sharks was the most knowledgable and informative of the six vendors we interviewed. He was the only one to recommend the correct size unit we needed when everyone else wanted to sell us a larger system than the house could effectively use. His install staff was on time, efficient, worked cleanly and unobtrusively and thanked us for selecting Energy Sharks. The "buy today and we‘ll drop the price" ploy was used by every vendor we interviewed EXCEPT Phil and Energy Sharks...he simply told us he puts his best price on the table for our review and it's good for today or tomorrow or next month. As he left our initial vendor interview he simply said, " I hope you select our company and I hope I earned your trust!" He certainly did!!!!!!

Instalation was quick and efficient; changes to original plans were made but at no extra cost to us.

I used Energy Sharks to install a Trane XL 16 heat pump and replace all of my duct work in the attic. Phil Esposito (not the hockey Player) and his crew did a fantastic job despite the high temp in the attic. We are extremely happy with our decision to use this company. Dedicated and hardworking group that is determined to get the job done and done right.

Phil, the owner came out and looked at our broken system and confirmed that it was beyond fixable. We were offered a couple of different options and went with one that was more up-front, but that offered an energy rebate that would more than cover the difference. The company is also filling out all warranty and rebate paperwork for us. I did not feel that Phil ever tried up-sell me on anything or at any point. The day of install went as promised. The team cleaned up behind themselves and were very professional. Phil then came and personally inspected the job to make sure that everything was up to his exacting standards. He found a pipe that was not wrapped as he would like so someone came to fix that that the next day. the even wrapped the pipes of our second unit which the had not replaced.

Phil Esposito and his crew did an awesome job and i could not be happier with both the installation and the performance. Phil was the first associate that I met from Energy Sharks and the last man to leave the job so he's very Hands-on. Also, the price Phil quoted me was $2,500 less then a major competitor in the Greenville area for the Heat pump so I added the trunk line at half the cost and I'm so happy with the results. The unit will come on and literally turn off within five minutes and the house is cool and comfortable. Phil also threw in everything he promised as we were going thru the negotiation process. I received the 5 inch filter along with a new digital thermostat at no charge. I would highly recommend Energy Sharks team of professional installers to anyone whose in the market for Heating and Air service. A very positive experience from start to finish and I couldn't be happier.

I shopped with 4 different dealers including my A/C service company. Energy Sharks came up with the best proposal. There were no hidden surprises. They delivered as promised, and did very good job. I specially appreciated their good problem solving (installation of additional refrigerator line), which was not the case with the other bidders. I highly recommend this company.

Having multiple estimates, Phil gave us not only the best price, but for top of the line product. He was the only one who calculated air flow, and looked at what we needed rather than just what was to be replaced. Very professional and not pressure sales, and installer was efficient and professional too. We replaced both air conditioning units and gas furnaces. Will highly recommend them to anyone.

Phil Espisito did an excellent job reviewing our needs and making suggestions on what needed to be done to improve the air flow in the house. Lower cost options were presented rather than "upselling." The crew that did the furnace and air conditioner installation showed up early and did a great job. Energy Sharks in Simpsonville S.C. is simply a first class operation. We shopped a half dozen business's which sold and installed heat pumps, and spent weeks looking at the different systems offered and the companies that did this type of work. We ended up going with Energy Sharks and they were outstanding on price, installation, and professionalism, in addition to being a pleasure to do business with. We had a callback on one minor item and they were on it like white on rice. It's just been a great experience and the unit they recommended is performing fantastically. great service ,great team. very efficient and friendly.

Phil and his team were very professional. He evaluated my HVAC needs and gave me outstanding information without undue pressure. The installers kept me well informed in reference to schedule and were on time. I highly recommend them and would use them again.

The install was quick yes. When I had a problem with some noise, the service person came out and determined it was partly the furnace door making some of this and used a hammer to pound the door out making dents in it to solve the problem. Not the most professional way. When asked why the heat pump was still coming on so often, stated that it has to do with the home insulation etc which has nothing to do with the heat pump. Extra vents were placed in a new addition, but that room not as warm as the rest of the house, about 10 to 12 degrees different. When asked he said the door being left open to the rest of the house would fix it, it didn't. Not feeling so much warmer overall yet and waiting to see how it preforms in the next few weeks.

Had a couple of problems but solved quickly in face one of the installers dropped by on a Sunday to correct the problem.
