Of the four companies from which I received estimates, Energy Sharks was the only one where the owner came out personally to do the presentation. Phil was very knowledgeable and explained to me why I needed additional returns to make my new systems function at peak efficiency. Danny, the installation supervisor, worked with me to get proper placements for the new returns and showed me other ways of reducing my heat and air loss with other items they did not even sell (e.g. attic tent for my attic pull-down stairs). They showed up on time, my wife was very comfortable with the workmen, and they finished two complete AC/furnace systems in one day. Their prices were comparable or lower than my other estimates. I would highly recommend Energy Sharks.

Energy Sharks was very prompt, professional and courteous. We went from heat pump systems to gas furnaces & electric AC units. The products & installation were explained in great detail, along with all necessary modifications needed to our heating/AC air handler, vents. Energy Shark is the one company that I would trust to recommend to others. They not only installed a new unit for me they also took the time to inform me why my old unit was not performing as it should...Phil took me through the process of choosing a new unit and then told me why my old unit was not working as it should have. It seems that I have been paying for being stupid. I have had two other units installed, but the people installing them did not match the outside unit to the air handler and a frame coil under the house. That being said they were merely selling me nothing. For the first time in fifteen years I no longer have to use back up heat to stay warm. I would recommend this company to anyone. They are honest, professional and very polite. No hard sell, do not try to sell you something that will not work for you, and they are prompt and on time for installation. The owner, Phil Esposito, is an engineer and in addition to replacing our old system he recalculated our return air capacity and found it to be insufficient for the size of our system. It was an easy fix that has made a tremendous difference in our home comfort after 30 years living here and our third unit. It was noticeable from day 1 of the installation.
