Very professional installation. After receiving 3 different quotes Phil was by far the most informative and was priced far lower than the other 2 companies. We had small difficulties with availability of items associated with our humidifier which caused a small delay in the completion of the final installation.

I was called by Phil the owner who convinced me to have him come to my house. I was amazed. The company was most concerned about the air quality and had a device that sniffed the air in my house. In addition, rather than proposing a new HVAC Unit the size I now have, they were focusing on air flow through put. It turned out my 3 ton HVAC Unit could generate only 1 1/2 ton output because the intake pipes were too small. Bottom line: a smaller HVAC Unit than I had, a new intake duct and register in the wall of a closet. I chose the outside filter MERV 16 and a UV lamp to kill germs but also destroy chemicals coming thru. The HVAC Unit, outside filter, extra intake pipe & register, and wifi thermostat was very close to the quote form another company for only a new HVAC Unit & wifi thermostat. They even moved an existing output duct to reduce noise from the register. I am thoroughly impressed with their approach, their workmanship, and their price. Even a call the same day to see how I felt about what they did. Wow! This new filter needs changing annually and no more filters inside the house. Airflow is fantastic. A smaller unit provides even temperatures in every room while giving me the expectation of a reduced energy bill. I highly recommend Energy Sharks.

From the minute I met the owner(Phil), to the time the crew left my house, everything went like clockwork. I hade a complete Trane ac/furnace unit installed and I saved 25% off the entire job based on quotes from other contractors. I would use this company over and over again. Please, do yourself a favor and call Energy Sharks first. Michael H

Phil did an excellent job of analyzing my needs for replacing my upstairs heat pump system. His HVAC engineering background was clearly evident and he made sure I ended up with proper air return capacity to ensure maximum efficiency of the system. He patiently listened to and answered every question I had. The installers did an outstanding job and left our house "as clean or cleaner than they found it".

House is annoyingly cool and quiet compared with the old trash equipment I had. Glad I got around to getting this much needed AC replacement done; now I have to get use to how well it works. Installed two (2) 2.5 ton 15 Seer 80% eff. Trane heating and cooling units based on advice from 5 star salesman and business owner Phil Esposito. I appreciate his willingness to trade price to make a sale and his let's not jerk around with a high price first quote which I got from other salespersons I invited in. Also appreciate Phil’s good advice on return lines and proper venting - a discussion I did not get from the other salespersons. Installation crew of four (4) led by experienced foreman, Dan, worked competently to complete the work in one day. Joe worked like a determined man to remove the old and install the exterior compressors even though he was working with a foot and leg injury. Phil did do a follow-up visit one (1) week later to confirm proper cooling operation. Some problems on the installation side – taking longer than expected starting out at a slower pace than it ended; additional materials and parts were needed. Sheet metal screws left in my driveway and other places (8 found). A condensate discharge leak in the attic at a poorly made drain line joint resulting in further damaging a bedroom ceiling - Phil covered the repair. Things I had to do after the installation - pick-up a small amount of sheet metal and insulation discards, extractor clean boot/shoe marks off of stairwell carpet, extract water from bedroom floor from leaking condensate line, clear away wet attic insulation, accommodate another visit from the installation crew to improve the condensate drain line and an additional full day visit for the bedroom ceiling sheet rock repair.

Phil was very professional and polite, on time and prompt. After the sale I only spoke to him on the phone. His crew left old detached venting in my crawlspace, there was a confusion as to what I paid for, They put 3 10" pipes in a 19" area(all 3 are collapsed down to half sized. Check behind them and insure that you discuss all you are getting for the cost that you pay!

The first quote I got when my air conditioner died was almost $12,000! Energy Sharks did an initial inspection and informed me that the previous service (who shall remain nameless) was not only going to overcharge me, but had laid out a plan that was completely wrong. I now have a cheaper power bill, a cool house, and I only spent $6,200. Awesome.

My air supply lines were hanging in mid air, cold air blowing around my unfinished basement, one return duct left unattached, damaged and nothing was said. Outside unit not evenly fitted on pad correctl;y. Not $300 rebate from Duke but rewards to spend at listed merchants. Lack of clear communication with newbie. The day after the work was done I called Mr. Esposito after I woke up that morning hot and soaking in perspiration about low air flow and system turning off and on every 4 minutes. The installer returned that same day and after he left without saying anything I was left with a foil taped cabinet for supply lines after they had ripped out my old cabinet the day before and took it away. I've had to repatch foil tape since because of heavy frost on outside turning into liquid and rolling down outside of cabinet. I covered every hole leaking cold air that I could find. I will have to build my own cabinet because I do not have money to pay someone else to solve the problem. Three times I asked the installer to leave but he insisted on fixing it. He should have said patch it with foil tape. The third day I called Mr. Esposito back about low air flow from most of my registers, when he stood by the taped cabinet he didn't seem to notice the problem with the work. He didnt see the damage to the return duct where they had tried to tape over one section and at the other end the outside lining had been stretched to fit. Nor did he notice the unit outside was not sitting evenly, the pad edge was sitting on my garden drain. Some parts of my cabinets were incorporated with the new system, my air supply cabinet was missing. I was horrified when I first looked at the open unit blowing cold air everywhere through the unfinished basement while the air supply ducts could barely gasp air through to the house. Now I understand why they were only here about 30 minutes and left quietly without saying good bye. I was even more horrified that to see fixing it meant wrapping everything in foil tape including old and new insulation, which are now soaked inside the taping. I was stuperfied when Mr Esposito stood beside this monsterousity of foil tape and didn't see a problem. I hired Energy Sharks because Mr. Esposito was an engineer and Duke certified. Never having dealt with such a problem, I felt fully confident that the job would be done well. When I was given a quote, I had no doubts the system would be much like my last system. Thank goodness for YouTube. I fould out what I got was not what I was expecting. As for the Trane unit. As far as I know it is working the way I expected. I see one of the merchants on my rewards list is Lowe's, so, I have begun the process of measuring and drawing what i need to connect my air supply ducts to the cold air. I guess I may have a finished job yet.

Job completed when promised. Work crew was responsive to questions and requests. Owner came to quality check the job and to ensure customer satisfaction. Pricing slightly better than market, but provided a better overall value in that the Owner managed all rebate and warranty registration details to ensure completeness, and to remove the burden from the customer. Made sure customer was satisfied prior to collecting payment. They've earned my business.

Mr. Esposito and lead technician Danny Brown and his crew did an excellent job with our two new Lennox HVAC systems. Mr. Brown and his crew came early, stayed late, and completed a difficult install in our older home to our complete satisfaction. Energy Sharks is a very organized, professional company that does what they say they will do with outstanding quality. We are very pleased with our new systems and with the quality of the installation. Thank you, Energy Sharks!
