Excellent work. Very professional. Definitely recommend and will call him for future repairs.

It was all good. He was very good with his estimate, and it was very detailed about what he was going to do, and if he was not able to make it because we had a lot of rain. He called me to let me know that we would have to reschedule. He just kept in touch with me.

Rain was the only thing that hindered my projects. Joe doesn't rush the job and does quality work. Looking forward to having him back to do my back porch over. Good Guy!

Joe was diligent in getting back with me and then completed the work within my budget and met my request for timeframe. I would definitely use his company again.

contact wed 7/17 said he would try to come out and quote this week called fri am and said either fri or monday arrived tues 7/23 when asked why no call no show mon he said he called and left msg my blackberry does not miss calls or messages. did not want quote and asked him to leave

Clutterbusters did a really good job. He did the work in the time that he had said. He was personable. He does a good job, he does the work on time and he is very polite and courteous.

Joe called within 24 hours of placing the request on the website. He came when he said he would. Price was reasonalbe and worked diligently until work was done. At one point we had to leave the home while another vendor was here and Joe was willing to stay and lock up when they were done - my husband trusted him enough to do this even though we had only known him for two days. Would definitly use him again and plan to!

I really liked this gentleman and was hoping to be able to use him. Seemed extremely knowledgeable and detailed. Looked at our kitchen remodel job and some other odds and ends on a Wed. was to get us a quote mid week the following week. I followed up mid week and he said he sent the quote to my email. I did not see anything so checked junk as well. Call him back to please resend. Said he sent it and still nothing. Called again to verify my email address and once again said he sent but still nothing in my inbox nor junk mail. Let a message Saturday morning and did not receive a call back. My husband call the following week to follow up and give him his email since for some reason he continued to say he sent the quote but yet I rec'd nothing. He never did send the quote and did not call myself or my husband back. Extremely nice gentleman and this was very disappointing. If he did not with to do the job, we would have liked for him to say so rather than give us the run around.

The owner of Clutter Busters came out and he was very nice. I just wasn't able to get the work done at the time. He came out once, he took some pictures to have some references when making the estimate. He was very thorough, he did not send me the estimate until he had gone through the county about permits and regulations and rules. I was very impressed. He was very easy to get a hold of and he was quick to respond.

Informed that I would receive an estimate for the job in 2-3 days via email after making the assessmen. More than a week later and still no estimate of cost or follow up of any kind from CUTTERBUSTERS. I must assume that an emergency occurred that prevented the company from getting back in touch with me.

They have been great. We would use them again. I thought they were reliable and trustworthy. The owner came over to my home and he was a nice guy. We felt comfortable and he did what he said he was going to do.

Joe came out to the house several weeks ago, and spent almost 2 hrs talking me through the issues I had with a leaky shower pan and damaged drywall. We also went through the rooms of the home, as I wanted a quote for painting the entire house (broken out by rooms, as I am not sure how much I can afford to have finished at one time). I absolutely loved Joe, and appreciated the time he took to walk through my projects and give advice, and I actually feel bad leaving a negative review. The issue is that after 4 weeks, and multiple follow-up emails, I cannot get a quote for any of the work. I was really looking forward to giving Joe my business, and am disappointed that I will not have that opportunity. *Update: Joe contacted me and provided an estimate which was lower than one competitor and higher than another for both general contracting and painting. Joe was very prompt according to his appointment time; however, he said he would email us a quote in a couple of days. It's been about 3 weeks and we have not heard back from him. Also read a comment from November and it happened to that person too.

Joe Carlson of Clutterbusters did a great job. He finished about 80% of all the many odd jobs I have in just 2 days (he will finish the rest after the holidays). I was very happy with all his work. The best thing is his organized detailed quote of the work he was going to do with ALL costs. He finished the work and everything cost EXACTLY what I expected. No higher. Overall, I just really trust Joe, which is VERY important. I will certainly use him again and recommend him to anyone interested in a good handyman. -Gary S.

After setting up appointment, Joe Carlson owner of Clutterbusters, arrived exactly at agreed upon time. He was to put in a new ceiling fan and remove our old one. Once he discoered we had a missing part ... the down rod .... he tried to track down by calling different stores to see if they had one. Once we found a store that carried the size we needed, he began to remove the old fan and I ran to the store and picked up the new down rod. As soon as I returned with the part he proceeded to complete the project. When finished he cleaned up any mess and made sure we understood how the fan worked including the remote control. Even though it was not his fault that a part was missing, he stayed until the part was bought and brought home and completed the project. The charge was what he had quoted and even though it took longer because of my having to go to get the part, he did not charge any extra. We are extremely pleased at how well he did the job and gave us information and advice on many different projects. He is definitely a true and quot;handy manand quot; being able to handle any type of project and doing it well. We will call him many times in the future.

He was supposed to e-mail the estimate to us. He never did. We called him after waiting for a couple of weeks and he said that he would send it again. We made sure he had the right e-mail address, which he had. It has been 2 month and we never heard from him .

Joe arrived on time, looked at and confirmed the work to be done. He worked steadily and finished in less time than predicted. He was courteous and professional.

Joe came in on Monday to do some prep work and actually finished a lot of the work with his helper. The painting was done the following day. He was polite, skilled, and unobtrusive as we had movers there one day. He finished on time and I would definitely use him again.

They responded by phone, came by the house and assessed the project, provided an estimate and then completed the project in a timely manner.

Joe was prompt, courteous, and very reasonable. It was a relatively simple job yet he did 2 visits and charged an extremely reasonable rate as well as a quick response. I was looking more for a long-term handyman and I think I found him. Will definitely be using his services in the future.

They did a very good job and were very helpful. They were very responsive and punctual.

They cleaned the fence and power washed the house.

Mr. Carlson promptly came out to discuss the work I wanted done on this and quot;fixer-upper.and quot; I was impressed with his attention to the problems we addressed and appreciated his comments and suggestions. He said he would call me with an estimate by the next week. Three weeks later I had heard nothing so posted the experience on Angie's List. I felt his failure to follow up was a poor way to do business. Clutterbusters responded to the review right away. They stated they had discovered a problem with their e-mail, that their e-mails were not being delivered and they were not being notified of the failure to deliver - they had attempted to e-mail me the estimates. Almost immediately thereafter I received the estimates in the mail. They were professionally done, reasonable, and although I had already hired someone else to do part of the work, I will definitely contact them again and have them do the remaining portion.
