He came and reviewed the work needed, and kept telling he'd be sending a quote. It's been five weeks and no quote

Promised to provide estimate for the work, but he never did. I followed up twice, but never got the estimate.

Joe was very prompt in getting back to me with the estimate. While he was here, he also estimated some landscaping work that I needed done. I was not at home for the actual installation of the fan, but my dad was here and he was very impressed. My dad has previously been my handyman but as he has gotten older, I don't want to ask him to do the more difficult/heavy jobs. I am very happy with Clutterbusters and will use them again soon - they do so much more than installing ceiling fans. The fan, remotes, and light switches are all working great!

They arrived on time and with all the nessasary equipment. They were freindly and professional and copletd the job in the time expected. They were very reasonably priced and we are currently getting a quote on other projects.

It went very well. The man who came was very efficient and it actually took less time and money than was originally estimated.

Clutterbusters was very prompt and courteous with the initial contact. They came out and gave us an estimate within 24 hours of contacting them which we were very happy with. The staff member that came out was very knowledgeable and listened to all of our concerns without rushing us. The issue we had came after the visit. We understood that it may take a few days and possibly even a week to create our estimate, but two weeks later I was emailing and texting trying to figure out where our estimate was. I contacted the number and email that I had contacted to initially set up the estimate. I received a response to the text message saying for me to check my spam folder the estimate may have went there. I'm very technologically savvy and explained that I had already checked everywhere in both email addresses that we provided them with and there was nothing to be found. I didn't hear anything else after that for another 3 weeks. 3 weeks later we received a very detailed estimate with a cover letter that had an apology in it saying that they were having browser compatibility issues with their software when trying to email the estimate. I'm a very understanding person, but my issue was that it took them 3 more weeks to tell us that. If it was a browser issue with email why did they not print out a hard copy and mail it to us when I texted/emailed them letting them know we had not yet received their estimate 3 weeks ago. They did apologize many times via email and a phone call, but after 5 weeks my husband and I had already decided to go with someone else. I understand stuff happens and this incident would not cause me to mark them off as possible company to work with in the future, but I do believe they could have better handled the issue and delivered our estimate in a more timely manner.

-Removed existing damaged mailbox post from existing post hole. -Excavated existing post hole to allow for placement of drainage stones and cement support. -Provided, cut, fit, constructed, and placed new support post structure to match existing post structure. -Placed drainage gravel in excavated hole and cement around base of placed post structure. -Applied single coat of owner-provided paint. -Provided and installed new mailbox. -Provided and applied single digit address number on each side of mailbox. Except for the post paint, he provided all materials.

I'm a long distance land lord, and I had clutter busters perform some repairs for my tenant. They showed up on time, prepared a professional estimate and list of repairs, and made the repairs perfectly. I would recommend them to anyone.

I never heard back/received a quote. I called him about a week later to inquire about his quote as I felt we would be interested in his services. He indicated at that time that he had sent a quote via email. I had not received a quote and so asked him to please send it again, giving him a different email address. He asked me to text him the email address and he would send it by that same evening. I never received that email, a quote or follow up from him. I am not sure if he wanted our business or not - but would have appreciated, if that was the case, for him to have said so up front. I subsequently did not attempt to contact him again with the impression that follow through was lacking and if it was this hard in getting a response or follow up prior to receiving services - how much harder might it be if he had performed work for us?

We've hired Clutterbusters for home repairs in the past and have always been pleased with the quality of their work. We're selling our home and needed repairs completed promptly resulting from the home inspection. Joe provided a very thourough written estimate and time frame in which he and his crew could complete the work. They arrived on time, kept us updated on progress throughout the job, which took approximately 2 1/2 days to complete. The quality of work and level of customer service was exceptional.

We contacted this provider to perform work at my mother-in-law's home. As listed above, there were many projects which needed to be completed. Each task was handled as a separate project and the work began mid November and all initial projects were completed within a two week time frame. Upon repair of the fascia, it was determined that more work was needed to keep further damage from occurring. Two more projects were identified and the first of these was completed last week (1/8/14). The final project is to be completed when the weather warms, as required due to the nature of the materials needed for said repair.

Everything was done in a very professional manner. We were very pleased with the work and the men doing the job. We would hire them again.

They returned to wash my house, and they did an excellent job. They use latters and equiptment that does not break seals on windows. Then they painted porches, rails, and doors. All work was well done.

Joe did a good job considering my ceiling was 20 feet high. He was friendly and accommodating. His price was the best of any I checked on Angie's List but he told me his rate was $55.00 an hour and it took him just over an hour but he still charged me $110.00. But he was still cheaper by $50-$75 than the others I checked so I am happy. He also left some stickers on two of the lights that I had to get a ladder and climb up and take off. He was also a couple of hours late but apologized. I was still very satisfied overall and would use him again.
