Description of Work: Clutterbusters is who you call if you want the job done right! Joe & Shawn, his son, installed a flower box on a stone wall to the front of my house. They were both very personable and professional. Joe first came out to assess the situation and identified concerns securing the flower box to a finish with an un-even stone wall. He said that he would do some research on it and get back to me with a quote. He did acknowledge that he was delayed with some unforeseen circumstances and that is why the quote was delayed, hence the "B" for responsiveness. In addition, when asked, he proudly installed my American flag! Yes, I would definitely use again!

Description of Work: We had a screen door that would not fully close and kept coming off the hinges. The man from Clutterbusters came by, looked and told us that our door was fine but some serious adjustments were needed. He gave us a good price and they arrived to work on time. They worked wonders that several others could not and came in under budget. They were worth every dime and the door still closes properly over 3 months later. Great job Clutterbusters!

Description of Work: Joe repaired and replaced cedar siding. He also pressure washed and stained the house and porch. He replaced two exterior doors and installed two ceiling fans on the porch. Afterwards, he stained the mahogany doors. I would definitely recommend him . Joe is very knowledgable, respectful, courteous ,and professional (as is his whole crew). They are great. His prices are reasonable and he is fair. Hard to find someone to trust and who actually knows what they are doing these days. He and his crew stayed late several days going without taking breaks and worked several days pressure washing when it was Very cold outside.! Very hard workers! Thanks to them all! I enjoyed working with you! And hope to work together in the future.

Description of Work: Mr. Joe Carlson was kind enough to check to see if I had a foundation leak in the slab of my house. Somehow I had mold in my second bedroom, and Servepro couldn't find the source. We wondered if the crack in the slab in the room had anything to do with it. He checked everything out and found nothing. The wall behind my refrigerator had mold, and we believe there was a leak and it must have gone through to the room. Mr. Carlson was very personable, checked everything with a "fine tooth comb", and didn't charge for coming out. Will try to use him in the future. Very nice. Thanks for having him on your list.

Description of Work: We asked for an estimate to complete pressure washing the house and painitng the exterior. We received the estimate in the fall of 2011. We decide to wait until the spring of 2012 to complete the work. We contacted Joe in February to set up time to complete the job. Joe was very difficult to reach and waited days to return calls. He finally did the pressure washing in May. He did a very good job of pressure washing and we paid him for that portion of the job. We then expected him to complete the painting job. After several attempts to reach him with no return calls we were very frustrated. When he did call we told him we would contract the painting elsewhere as he apparently didn't want the job.. We moved on.

Description of Work: A towel rack in our bathroom had been accidentally ripped out of the wall, making it necessary to get professional repair. I wanted to keep the rack in the same place and hoped it wouldn't have to be moved.

Description of Work: Mr. Carlson put in a ceramic tile floor in my kitchen; beautiful job, excellent work! He had a fair price (which included my tile choice) and cleaned up well. He has also pressure washed the exterior of my home and has done many repairs, all of quality work. His work a;so comes with a satisfaction guarantee.
