Todd Brazell Painting

This was the first job Todd Brazell did for me. I have 28 shudders and my husband has painted them in the past and was never able to do them in one day. The cost included the paint. He was efficient and fast. He did the shudders in one day and came back and did the front door and installation of the new hardware. He said if I felt we needed a third coat of paint on the door to just give him a call and he would come back and add it. As of December 12th it looks fine. Because of his affordability I have him giving me a quote for my bonus room.

Todd and his team did an excellent job. The house looks new. They were able to schedule my job quickly. They showed up on time and were very professional and respectful in completing the job. It was an excellent experience!

Todd was very responsive. He called back in a timely fashion, he provided an estimate I was happy with very quickly and he came up with some solutions to a problem I was having with a rotting door jam to slow down (and hopefully prevent) further rotting in that spot. Once I hired him he was able to fit me into his schedule within about a week. He and his team painted all exterior wooden surfaced on the house with a quality paint, hung two new exterior lights for me and power washed and sealed my deck. I was very pleased with the work he did and how responsive he was.

(large) Todd and crew came out over three days to complete the project, and did excellent work. I am very pleased with Todd's responsiveness and careful attention to detail. I would recommend him, and will have him do painting or pressure washing work. (Todd also got rid of a huge hornet's nest that i did not even know was there until he pointed it out.)

Todd had stained the house a couple of years ago and I didn't hesitate to contact him to do the work. This being a second home, I wasn't going to be there when the work was done but I had confidence that Todd would work it in to his schedule and do a good job. He is a hard worker and very responsive to his customers needs. We have exchanged phone calls and several emails about the work. The work was completed in early August and when we got down to inspect the results we thought an additional coat was necessary on the entrance way and the floor of the deck. The rest of the work looked great. I contacted Todd and discussed our concerns. He got back out there and put another coat on where we wanted it. Everything looks good and we are very pleased with the overall results. Todd continues to do a great job at a reasonable price and is someone you can count on!

I was contacted the following day and an estimate was given. An appointment was scheduled. The company did not show up at the appointed time, so I called them. A sufficient explanation was given, but it would have been more professional if I had been contacted. Once Todd arrived with one co-worker, the work was done in a very efficient manner. It was obvious that Todd cares about his customers and is concerned about what benefits them in the long term. He provided me with important valuable imformation rather than what would have netted him the most profit.

I would definitely call Mr. Brazell again.

Everything went exceptionally well. Mr. Brazell and crew knew where to begin and how to proceed with each task. There was too much to be done in one day so they returned a couple of days later, just as we agreed, to finish up. Mr. Brazell and his crew were extremely professional and pleasant to work with. We were extremely satisfied with the jobs performed and we will not hesitate to call Mr. Brazell again.

Before hiring him to do painting and staining, I hired Todd to pressure wash the house, driveways, shed and several extra items. Todd takes pride in his work, is respectful, agreeable and kind. Todd responded to my e-mail request very quickly and was a pleasure to work with. He arrived and went right to work. Our home is two story approximately 2400 sq. foot. The back of our home is mostly in the shade so it was a real mess with some kind of green mess on the house and patio. I would guess it took him approximately 2-3 hours and it looks GREAT!! He also cleaned a shed that was also a mess. Work was done quickly, efficiently and most important the house looks wonderful. I will definately use him again and would highy recommend him.

Todd did a great job. He came out to meet us to look over the work we wanted done and gave us an estimate. He explained in detail what he was going to do, with what kind of materials and how long it would take. With the way the weather was so unpredictable, he had to wait until he had a couple "clear days" of no rain to do the power washing and the painting of the deck. He was so efficient and handled the job so well, we asked him about painting the shutters of the windows, which he did a couple days later. He didn't leave a mess, was careful of the plants around the deck when painting and did a reall professional job. I'd recommend him to anyone who wants some exterior painting and/or power washing done.

I first called to get an estimate to powerwash and stain my dock. He came to my residence in a few days and gave me the estimate that day. Following that, in a couple of days he did the powerwashing and then the staining a few days later. He had to wait for the weather but completed the work as soon as possible. He was very prompt, responsible and a very nice person to deal with. I would call him again any time I had work that he could do. The dock was really looking bad but now it looks brand new. Excellect job!

Just as expected. Did a good job, cleaned up and returned on time to finish.

Great work. Arrived on time, set expectations and met them, cleaned up afterwards. Made recommendations for products and services which were on the mark and professional. Overall Grade for service = "A"

Mr. Brazell is very felxible. After I saw the work he was completing in the kitchen, I asked him to rpovide an estimate for an additional bathroom and bedroom. By the next day, he had submitted his bid, which was very reasonable. He is one of the most honest people I have met -- especially with business deals that require a great deal of trust.

Our experience has been excellent. They will be doing more work for us as we have the money. Their fees are very reasonable. I like when they say they are going to show up and they show up pretty much on time. They are very friendly and very courteous. If there is something minor that needs to be done, they will do it without charging it. The owner is very solid. He is a very pleasant individual. All of his subcontractors have been very nice also. He put us on to friends of his who do landscaping. Another guy moved the ceiling fan and painted the ceiling. Another refinished the master room, things that he couldn't do.

They gave me a great price. They did a fantastic job. I couldn't be happier with the service.

Very good. Arranged meeting. Showed up on time. Took detailed measurements. Provided a thoughtful proposal. Recommended stain vs paint. Assisted with color selection. Worked the job himself, with two others. All were thoughtful. Took care with shrubs. Did quality work. Completed in less time than estimated. Offered warranty on work, without asking.

He was great. We haven't used him yet but he seemed really thorough and polite. We really liked him. We won't be doing any work until January so we are just collecting stuff now. He was extremely detailed and there were many pages in the estimate. He gave an exact figure and seemed reasonable. I was surprised how inexpensive it was. I think most likely we will be going with him because we really were pleased with him.

They refinished the front door and they did some touch up painting and spackling repair on the wall. They were here when they said they will here. I was pleased with their work. They did exactly what they said they would do.

Although I did not get to meet Todd, we spoke several times on the phone. He was very professional and performed the work on the appointed days. The house looked spotless after the pressure washing. Even though his estimate called for only one coat of paint, he applied a second coat when he saw that the first coat did not adequately cover the primer. He charged us the exact amount of the estimate and guarantees his work for a year. I would definitely hire him again.

The price he gave us was too expensive, so we decided not to go with him. He was easy to talk to via email.

Todd was extremely easy to get in touch with, and responded quickly to each of my calls and emails. I decided to postpone having the work done for about six months, and then Todd made an effort to fit us into his now-busier schedule promptly. His price was very reasonable, he did all the work of purchasing the paint (it was a local brand of very high-quality paint that I specified) and matching the colors (perfect). He was the "lowest maintenance" contractor I have ever worked with. He was punctual, professional, efficient, and so unobtrusive that I often forgot he was there (until I would look up and see him painting the window!). He was obviously very skilled and knowledgeable, and the house (which is fifty years old) looks better than we've ever seen it. He got the work done in exactly the time his estimate stated (4 or 5 days) and charged us exactly the amount on the estimate. He worked hard to accomodate my requests and preferences-- trying to work around the naptimes of my two small children, and he even carefully pressure-washed and painted AROUND a bird's nest on the porch that I had been concerned about. Once the work was completed, I asked for some small changes, which Todd promptly and cheerfully executed. We'll definitely be hiring him again in the future!

He wisthelled while he worked. Nice to know a man is happy at his work.
