Todd Brazell Painting

He met with us promptly regarding the job and provided estimate within a reasonable time. He called and was available earlier than expected. Great job. We felt that he was trustworthy and professional.

Mr. Brazell was very knowledgable and courteous. I chose him because of his professional presentation and explanation of what had to be done. His reviews are very good. He was the only painter that suggested two coats in different directions to insure proper coverage and he was the lowest priced for two coats. He came on the date scheduled and did an extremely good job. I will use him on future painting projects.

He was very professional, came on time for the appointment and did more than he was asked to do. He pressure washed a lot of steps, our porch, lattice and sidewalk which was not expected. He did a great job on our home! Excellent work.

It couldn't have been better. Todd was professional, friendly, and exemplary in all communications, appointments, and service. The work was done exactly as negotiated. Todd found a few minor repairs where boards had begun to rot, and the additional charge was extremely reasonable. He was neat in his work. I'll need my fence pressure washed and stained next year, and doubt I'll use anyone other Todd.

Todd did both interior and exterior painting on my home (including replacing some rotting woodwork). Todd did an excellent job and I would not hesitate to use him again (and have used him before for other painting jobs).

Overall the project went very well. At the beginning, after I had accepted his quote, Todd was unable to get to my project when he initially said he would because other projects got backed up (that is why I gave a "B" for Responsiveness). After we got started though, things went well. Todd worked closely with me to determine the best product to use and to get the color we wanted. Aside from having to work around the rainy weather, I could not ask for better. I will use Todd's services again in the future.

The service went extremely well. Todd went by the home to look at the job and prior an estimate.Todd was very helpful in scheduling the date for the work to be completed. Todd and his crew were at my house on time as we had agreed. Todd and 2 of his team members were extremely professional and courteous as they worked over two days. I am very pleased with the look of the paining they completed. The work was completed well and as we agreed. I would definitely recommend Todd's service to another.

It was excellent. Everything that I needed to have redone he came and did it for me.

Todd fit me in within 2 weeks of my request, and arrived as promised. I ran errands while Todd and his helper got to prepping. I was gone a couple of hours and they had already patched all the holes, repaired the ceiling, and had the 2nd coat started. I was amazed at how fast they worked and how the mess was contained to the area they worked in; no dust throughout the house. They were able to complete the job in that same day. On completion, Todd pointed out areas of the drywall that he was dissatisfied with. Since he was unable to do the exterior power wash due to the unending rain, he made plans to set up a time to address the drywall again and power wash after Christmas. Todd painted and tore down wallpaper at my son's 1960s house before he moved in April 2015. He did a wonderful job! I recommend Todd to anyone looking for a painter.

They did a fantastic job. Near the end, I talked with Todd about painting the shutters on the front of my house. He said that he would do the 4 shutters for $60. So I included that in the payment and Todd was to paint them some day that he was in the area. That was November and they still haven't been painted. I was very patient during the winter - the weather was bad. Then we had a lovely spring and now summer's half gone. I have called and sent 15 to 20 texts and finally sent a text saying that if he wasn't going to do them, to please refund my $60. I have heard nothing. I really like Todd and I was planning to call him next year to paint the exterior of my house - but now I'm not so sure.

Courteous, professional, cleaned up afterwards

First of all let me say that this review could be an update to my review of 5-7-2015 which I spoke of Todd coming to our home and doing an inspection and then providing us with a quote for his painting services and I also spoke of selecting the paint colors for our home and then communicating with Todd regarding a start date.However, I chose to write a new review. My wife and I are totally satisfied with the outstanding job Todd and his crew did on the exterior of our home and have let them know we will call them again later this year for some inside painting. After giving us a quote Todd came to our home and pressure washed our home and prepped it for the painting since a number of areas needed scraped of the peeling paint. That was on 5-19-2015. The next morning Todd and crew were at our home and painted our home taking special care to cover items not needing painted such as our brick veneer, patio, deck, etc. They worked the entire day and cleaned up and informed us they would be back the next morning to finish up. They worked Thursday and finished around 2 p.m. Todd kept us informed as he worked on everything they were doing and any questions we had Todd took the time to answer. He and his crew are very customer oriented, and professional. They come to the job and get right to the work they are to be doing. They clean up their work area each day and leave nothing behind. Todd Brazell my wife and I thank you for a job well done. Our home looks absolutely beautiful. Todd and his crew are outstanding painters and wonderful individuals.

Todd was a dream to work with! He was very responsive to our request for an estimate, showed up when he said he would and was quick to respond when we had questions. His estimate was slightly higher than some others we got, but he was well worth the money. His crew was very friendly and did a top-notch job. They cleaned up every evening before they left and took great care in everything they did. We even added some last-minute items to the list and they were totally fine with it and rolled with the punches. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs house painting and minor repair work done. They were thorough, professional, and worth the money!

It was very good. He is a good person. He has done work for us a couple of times. He did a very good job. The scheduling went very well. He is very flexible. He wants to make sure he satisfies us. If you have any concerns he always wants to address it. He doesn't want your money until you're satisfied. That to me is honorable. He had to do some sanding before he painted. He didn't have to take any other paint off or anything. He did some sanding to smooth some of the rough place out. He did a very good job trimming.

They did an excellent job! They were very professional, they came when they said they were going to come, and did a great job. They told us what they were going to do. I told them specific spots to be aware of and they were, and they did exactly what I told them to do.

It went pretty good. I found a couple of windows that they missed. I don't know if they did it on purpose or if they accidentally forgot them. I didn't notice it when I did the walk through, I noticed it a couple of months later. They did good quality work.

Todd was very responsive in his communication before, during, and after the work was done. He returned phone messages, emails, and texts promptly. He communicated clearly, answered questions directly, and did the work he said they would do. His team did an especially nice job on the ceiling detail, which required a separate color on the rafters. They came when they said they were going to come and finished the job in a timely manner. They also cleaned up after themselves very well.

Todd Brazell is one of the most professional people that I have ever had the privilege of working with. I placed a call to him, and returned my call almost immediately. He promptly came out to my house and formulated a very competitive estimate. Once I hired him and we set a start date, he and his crew arrived promptly when promised, and immediately set to work. The quality of the work is excellent. I would challenge any painter to do a better job than Todd and his crew. And they cleaned up afterwards. As a side note, I had the flu, and after they painted my bedroom, I was able to rest comfortably while Todd and his crew worked elsewhere in the house. They are a very quiet crew, and I believe, very experienced. I really couldn't have asked for any better job from Todd and his crew, and I would highly recommend them. I would definitely employ them again. (They were reasonably priced.)

From start to finish Todd and his crew were on the job, on time, and they did everything right. I was happy with the price, the quality, the attention to detail, and the pleasant manner of all the crew. Our house looks just great.

He was excellent using quality materials and doing quality work. He followed up after.

We talked to him 2-3 times and he kept saying he would come out to evaluate the work and provide a quote, but he never did.

Spoke with Todd on the phone. We sheduled a day. He was available via text which I used to confirm the day and time. The gentleman that showed up was professional and did a very thorough job. The house is two stories and on a hill and he was able to get entire house. We will definitely use this company again, should we need any of the services they offer.

I contacted Todd in early June and he came out and gave me an estimate. At that time Todd told me that if I decided to let him do the work, it would be mid-August before he would be able to, and that it would be a two day job. After receiving multiple estimates, I called Todd and asked him to put me on his schedule. Todd showed up as promised and did a wonderful job; no exceptions. He is very professional and an honest person. I will contact Todd for any future painting/staining needs.

They moved all of the furniture, prepped the deck. Put two coats of stain on both the fence and the deck. We chose different stains for the fence and deck. They did a fantastic job, made certain everything was covered and protected. They cleaned up at the end of every day...the end result was remarkable. Todd was there working with his crew and overseeing the project. This was the second project we have used Todd Brazell for. He had previously sealed our basement floor, which was a new construction. These people are professional and very good at what they do. Very conscientious about ensuring the job was done correctly.
