You couldn't ask for a better experience. Todd is very professional, engaging and conscientious about his work. From the start his concern was that we would be satisfied. He complied with everything that we asked and with a great attitude. The work his crew preformed was top notch. After a couple of weeks, we noticed a small portion of paint peeling from the corner of a window. When contacted, Todd came out the same door and repainted the areas. We would definitely use them again and would highly recommend their services.

I called six painters to get quotes. Only 3 responded and only 2 actually followed through with quotes. Todd was the most responsive to my calls. He was quick to come look at the job and followed up with a quote the next day. He did a great job on my house and did a few little extras too. I would gladly use him again in the future.

Todd and his crew did a great job - and everything went smoothly and quickly. They showed up on time every morning, did quality work and were very respectful of my family and our schedule. They were respectful of my daughter's nap time (avoiding working around her window during her nap) and also of our dog (making sure she didn't get out ... and when she did they quickly caught her and brought her home!) I also had several smaller requests and questions and they always answered those questions and met all requests promptly and without any problems. They were a pleasure to work with and I would definitely use them again in the future.

I had a good experience with this company. I found this company on Angie's list. He had excellent ratings. I called and he came out to my house and gave me an estimate of inside and outside painting that needed to be done in preparation for house to be put up for sale. Todd Brazell was easy to work with and his crew was excellent as well. The work was completed to my satisfaction. I highly recommend this company to paint inside and outside areas. Also, Todd was easy to communicate with-which is a strong characteristic for contractors dealing with the public.

Todd Brazell was very professional and he did a great job. He showed up on time, was thorough, he moved things away from the house that would get wet if they weren't moved, and was very easy to work with. We plan to use his services again next year.

Todd's team was very prompt and clean picking up after themselves and returning furniture to where they found it. The work was done professionally and even the tiniest concern was taken care of really quickly and nicely. Todd was very flexible with our busy and changing schedule and really worked with us to fit into an open window. He also helped with color and gloss suggestions. am so happy with my "new" house. It looks great!!!

Everything went very well. Todd and his assistant were very prompt on the job and thorough in the explanation of what they were doing and why. They always consulted me before doing something if it was different than what we originially discussed due to an obstacle. They were very nice guys and I recommended him to my father who also had work completed and he was very happy as well. I felt he was very reasonable with his prices. I will definitely call him again for my next job!

All went as described in Todd's detailed estimate, which he provided by email the same evening he came to rewiew my requirements. He said the entire job would take 3 or 4 days. During the project we identified and agreed on some minor additional work and it was added to the total quote with a reasonable cost increase. The entire job was completed in 3 days.

.Todd Brazell and his crew were punctual, did an excellent job without any disruption, and cleaned up the area well when they finished. He was easily reached by phone when I had questions, and handled my concerns and questions well. I would recommend him highly, and will use his services in the future.

Todd and crew painted 80% of the 3,000 sq ft interior of our home, we were so impressed with the attention to detail and the quality of the work. The project took almost 2 weeks due to our high ceilings and the tricky angles of some drywall repairs. They arrived early every day and stayed the full day each day until the work was finished. They cleaned up every day before leaving and I think the house was actually cleaner after they had been there! This is the 3rd project we've hired Todd for and he is our go-to for all our painting projects. His crew is friendly, professional and patient, and went back over areas many times to make it the best it could be. His price was competitive and if you find someone cheaper just remember you get what you pay for. We had a different painter previously that was cheaper and less than 3 yrs later we had to get it all redone. Get it done right the first time and hire Todd's crew. I really can't say enough about how pleased we are with their work and their work ethic. We will no doubt be loyal customers in the future.

Being quite new to the Columbia area, and in need of a professional painting crew, we searched on Angie's list and selected Todd Brazell. We are extremely pleased that we made such a smart choice. His bid was detailed and competitively priced. Punctual, professional, great knowledge of products, great crew, considerate of landscaping and finished the job on time and on budget. Todd, Was punctual, courteous to my small children and did a great job repairing wood work around window that needed repair. Exterior painting was also done well but would of liked it he sanded the old paint off but that would have taken a long time. Our house was built in the 1930's.

Our home is not that old but had wavy drywall installs from the builder, and they were able to fix or camouflage these flaws, which is tedious work to do. Todd's team did an incredible job! The exterior and interior look great. We had crown, baseboard and window framing that had to be stained and once we got the correct color stain it turned out beautiful. I would highly recommend Todd and his team and plan to use him for painting the entire interior of our home in the near future.

Todd and his crew were incredibly professional, reasonably priced and did a good job. They pressure washed our house, painted 4 second story windows and the siding on the Southwest side. The final price was exactly the same as the estimate, they did what they said they would do in the time frame they said they would do it. We couldn't have been happier with the work.

Todd and his crew painted a two story living room and adjoining hallways for us. He fixed some cracks in the ceiling where the tape was coming loose. They finished staining the deck and fence for us. They painted the ceiling of the porch. Everything was done in a timely manner. He was easy to work with and they cleaned up every day. Everything looks great! I would use Todd again!

Todd was prompt, respectful, courteous, accommodating and worked clean. I have had many contractors in the past make a mess and leave it, not Todd. He cleaned as he went along. He kept me informed along the way as he worked and he showed up everyday with a great attitude and ready to go. All work was completed as we wanted and we got the look that we wanted. The overall job went well. Todd was there when he said he would be, which is something others don't do. He did what he said he would do which is something others don't do. Completely satisfied!!

Todd seemed very professional and kept his appointment exactly as scheduled. I was very impressed by his professionalism but simply could not afford to do the work at the estimate given. I would have gone with him if I could have afforded it and I feel sure I would have been happy with his work.

Todd was responsive to my initial contact and within a short period provided a reasonable estimate. His estimate was higher than some I received but he exhibited professionalism that convinced me to work with him. We reached a mutually agreeable time to begin the job and we began on time and completed the job in a timely fashion. Our house is a bit over 90 years of age. with a combination of wood and brick. The prep work was successfully completed and was quite satisfactory. He uses a techinique for the windows that I was not familiar with, spraying all the windows with a compound that then allows him to spray paint the entire window and frame. Later the compound is peeled off along with the excess paint leaving clean lines and clean windows. The remainder of the house was well painted and my wife and I are very satisfied. Todd and is work crew work steadily on the job, no blaring radios or obnoxious conversation. At the end of each day their equipment was carefully stored and at the completion of the job things were left in order. Todd communicated clearly with me and my wife to make sure that we were in agreement on any matter that emerged. I would gladly recommend Todd Brazell Painting.

Entire process went well. Todd visited my home to look at what I needed to have done, and submitted an estimate by e-mail in a timely manner. He was personable and courteous. I had a special need for the work to be completed by a certain date, and he was able to arrange his schedule to meet that need. Pressure washing took care of built-up mold and mild-dew, so concrete surfaces are now bright and clean. All painting was done in a neat, professional manner. Todd is knowledgeable of the best kind of paint to use on each type of surface. After the work was complete, Todd did a thorough clean-up, and a "walk-thru" to show me what he had done. I am pleased with the results, and plan to contact him for future pressure washing and painting needs.
