Description of Work: We had to postpone once because of rain, then Todd came a day earlier than re-scheduled because more rain was expected the next day. We have a small vinyl broom closet-sized structure right up against our chimney. Todd moved it and pressure washed behind it. We could not be happier--Todd provided great service!

Description of Work: Todd arrived right on time and completed the job in a professional manner. The house looks great and he took the time to cover all the furniture in the screen room prior to power washing the house.

Description of Work: todd was a nice guy,but his price was twice as much as two other people and he was goeing to do less than they did.

Description of Work: Todd and his folks performed a miracle at my house. I have a big, old farmhouse with aluminum siding and wood trim. It should have been painted at least five years ago, but I've had to put it off because of the cost. He came in and did a very thorough estimate. I got two other bids, both of which were lower, but neither of which went into the detail of Todd's bid. We knew he would be there for about two weeks. He started by pressure-washing the house and then doing all the other prep work, including caulking, glazing the windows, and even replacing broken windows and glazing all exterior windows. The painters were incredibly clean and neat. They cleaned up every day and never left ladders, paint cans, etc., exposed in the evening. They worked consistently until the job was completed. I cannot recommend them highly enough. This was a major money investment for my family, but we got more than our money's worth. The house looks great, and nothing was left undone! What a great company!

Description of Work: Todd did a great job!! He returned my telephone call the same business day. He came over and gave me an estimate within two days and was back in a couple of days to complete the job. He was very personable and did a great job pressure washing my vinyl,brink home. He also cleaned the exterior wooden deck and concrete front porch. The house looked great! He was able to complete the job in a few hours. Before leaving he watered down the shrubs and plants in the beds around the exterior of my house to make sure the cleaning solution wouldn't cause them damage. I'll use him again and would recommend him!! I have a two story home with a basement and he charged $175.00...very affordable!!!

Description of Work: Todd stained and painted an outside deck at our home. He was very thorough in his prep and clean-up and even accommodated us with some additional painting that was not in the original request for work. His work is very good and his attention to detail is spot on!! We are in the middle of some additional renovations to our home and once that is complete, we intend to have Todd come back out and do the interior and exterior painting for us. Additionally, we have a lake place we are planning to paint and we'd like him to do that work for us too! You can't go wrong with Todd Brazell Painting.....if he says he will be there, he will be there at the stated time. He stays busy on the job and gets it done. Very professional and friendly!

Description of Work: Todd was great! He did a wonderful job cleaning our deck and then he painted all the railings.
