I know it looks strange for all A's, but Todd is someone I would recommend. I emailed him about what I needed. He emailed the next day. The visit for the estimate was on time. We discusssed what needed to be done. He called later to ask about some things I forgot. His estimate showed up in email a day or so later. This is what made me choose him. It was detailed in exactly what was to be done. He pressure washed house/deck. (even patio chairs/table I had set off from the deck in the yard without being in the contract, also front porch and walk). Removed storm windows to paint the windows / reinstalled after painting.. Painting / staining was excellent / neat. He went above the contract. ( even revarnished the front and rear wood doors without asking) Took him a 5 days, quoted 5-6. Left about 1/2 a gallon of each stain color with where he got it and what the mixture ratio was so if I need more I can get it matched. He is very professional and courteous. Super friendly. Very respectful of property. I am well pleased.

Todd and his crew were a pleasure to work with...they were extremely professional, prompt, polite and extremely competent. They did a wonderful job for us and we'd use them again. Highly recommended.

Todd was wonderful. What a nice surprise to find someone who shows up when they say they will, return and do the job promptly and professionally. I thought his pricing was fair and he was at my house and finished with everything in 2 days, and that was only because I was having the front door painted a dark red. I would recommend him highly and will use him again.

I felt that he would have done an excellent job, but I ended up choosing someone that was more specialized in pressure washing. Todd arrived for the estimate as scheduled. I would consider using Todd for any future painting projects.

Todd did an excellent job communicating with me using email. Answered all my questions, was very helpful, and set me up for work to be done when it met my schedule. He was responsive, friendly, and professional. Todd did an excellent job over the course of 4 days. He is hard working, conscientious, and obviously knows his trade. The house looks great!

Todd was very quick to respond and very willing to work with our time schedule. He came when scheduled and preformed the work as discussed. He even pressure washed a few extra items in the back yard .... We would definitely use him again and highly recommend him. Very professional - very polite.

We needed to have our house pressure washed as well as a second cleaning of our deck in order to prepare it for staining. I had pressure washed the deck but could not get it as clean as we needed it for the stain. I called a couple of different persons to do the work but Todd stood out through our phone discussion. He was very detailed in his description of what would need to be done and how he would do it. After he finished washing the house and the deck he also washed our front sidewalk mainly because it needed it and he had the tools to do it, at no extra cost. He was fast in his work but I don't know that the house or the deck have looked better. Due to the quality of his work I asked him if he would be interested in coming back and staining the deck. He agreed and told me he could come back the following week and that he would call me to let me know the exact day. He called when he said he would and arrived to work on the day he stated. Again the work was great, we have a fantastically finished deck and the cleanest house in the neighborhood. I highly recommend Todd his professionalism and work quality are outstanding.

Called (along with 6 other painting contractors) for an estimate & selected a date/time to meet. (All contractors were either recommended by other homeowners and/or had extensive experience in the area or were listed on Angie's List with ratings from previous work done.) Arrived as scheduled, listened to what I wanted done; scoped/measured out areas to be done. Submitted a written estimate via email the following day. After all estimates arrived, I selected Todd Brazell to do the work; wasn't the lowest or highest priced estimate. Agreed to a date to start; they arrived on time & power washed the trim. Next day, they arrived on time in the morning & worked on sanding, caulking, priming trim. Started painting the next day and concluded at the end of the week having completed the work. Work was done professionally, cleaned up after and provided remaining materials left over to me. Pleasant/polite crew, worked full days under considerable heat and did a great job! He did a extremely good job meeting all deadlines in a positive and professional manner. He made sure I was happy with the quality of the work that was done I recommend him without reservation.

This guy did the job better than it had ever been done. The place looks great. Todd, along with a helper did the work himself. I'm going to engage him to do some painting as well.

Todd did a wonderful job. I learned about his through a previous customer's listing Angies List. He was all they said and more. His prices were very reasonable and he was very meticulous in his work. He was very prompt, professional and worked quickly and carefully. He went back over any windows with streaks and is a very precise painter. He also did much the same service along with some interior painting for my next door neighbor who was equally pleased. We will use his services again in the spring. We would highly recommend him to anyone wanting quality service.

I purchased a house in June of 2005 and didn't see the poor quality of painting and lack of caulk on the porches, front and back. After two years of the Charleston humidity, mildew had become a major problem. As much as I cleaned, the mildew kept coming back. The paint job was average at best, but the builder's original painter was simply incompetent. I had several painters look at the porches and give their opinions, ranging from just scrub harder, to pressure washing only, to pressure washing followed by caulking all porch pickets, sanding, and repainting the porches. Todd's estimate was lower for the pressure washing than other companies, but that's not why I choose him. Todd took the time to show me the lack of chalk and how the pickets should have been chalked and painted. In the end, he just seemed more honest than any one else who gave me a quote. My hunch was right and I am happy to say I have found someone I trust who does a great job.
