Casey from Mason Dixon Appliance Repair is the "real deal" .... I used him to diagnose and repair a washer that I purchased off of FB for my daughter. He arrived on-time, diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts needed and then came back and completed the repair. He is honest, knowledgeable and professional and has reasonable prices. He is not going to try to sell you something you don't need. I would definitely use Mason Dixon Appliance Repair again and would highly recommend to anyone looking for appliance repairs.

Casey kept me informed at every step and then came back once the parts came in. Took him about an hour to replace all the parts. Refrigerator is working again! Casey was professional and very well spoken. He seems to be an expert in his field. If we have any other appliance issues we will be working with him again for sure.

Easy to schedule a service time online. I received appointment reminders. Service tech was on time and polite.

I received the text that the technician would be there within 20 mins and he was there on time. Once he had a opportunity to look at my washer he told me my options and was straight forward that he could fix it but could not guarantee how long it would last. He then told me he would guarantee that it would make it through the rest of the year or he would refund my money. Very impressed by the quality of the technician and service. The whole process was explained to me up front and he saved me about $500 by saying that my parts were probably under warranty (and he gave me the steps to submit a warranty claim too). His communication with me for every step of the process was impeccable.

I found Casey and Mason Dixon Appliance Repair through Angie's list. Our Whirlpool refrigerator had started making a loud knocking sound. He was here the next day and identified the problem as a bad damper and said he would be back the next day with the part. When he returned and opened the box the part did not match even though the part number on the box was correct. He then found this was a common problem and ordered the part directly from Whirlpool. The same wrong part was sent. Upon further research he found that our part was no longer being made and the wrong part, which would not work was being substituted. It's frustrating to know a very expensive refrigerator that is not that old needs a part that is obsolete. The best thing about this bad situation is, after three trips to our house to work on our refrigerator Casey didn't charge us anything. I highly recommend Casey and his company.

It went great! Casey was the repair man, he communicated with me and was prompt with my invoice once the service was complete. I appreciated how easy and seem less this was, being a landlord it is stressful to get something fixed for tenants and Casey made it so easy!

We needed to have our disposal replaced. Casey removed the old disposal and installed the new one very quickly and very reasonably - much less than local competitors.
