Website response showed the repairman’s picture so I knew who to expect. The appointment process was easy. The notification of arrival was accurate and helpful. The repairman diagnosed and temporarily fixed the problem until the replacement part would arrive.

Highly recommend Mason Dixon. Casey was very professional with a great sense of humor. Had our refrigerator fixed in no time and gave good insight into any potential future issues we may have with it, along with what our options would be. Will definitely call him again if needed!
