We needed to have our disposal replaced. Casey removed the old disposal and installed the new one very quickly and very reasonably - much less than local competitors. This is the second time we've used Mason Dixon Repair and will continue to use them any time in the future. Extremely professional and courteous.

Casey did agreat job. Super fast as well.

Casey was easy to contact, and very quick to respond. I was amazed he was able to come out to complete the job in such a small window of time. He was incredibly professional, polite, and also sweet to my small children who wanted to watch him work! He even went the extra mile by helping me fix a small problem with my oven - for free. I will absolutely be using Casey for any future appliance repair!

Casey was amazing. He did a very thorough job, and explained every possible issue that he was checking. I thought it was the heating element since that has gone out before, but he found it was the thermostat. I would definitely hire him again for any appliance issue.

Contacted them on a Wednesday evening and they were at my house by 7:45 the next morning. Fixed my dryer on the spot. Great customer service and I highly recommend this place. Casey was awesome!

There was an issue and delay in getting the part we needed to fix the fridge, but Casey takes such pride in his work that he did the work free of charge for the inconvenience! It's obvious he is all about customer service and cares about keeping long term customers. And he's quick to boot! Highly recommend!

Great. Although it took several visits to get it fixed, it wasn't due to anything Mason Dixon did or didn't do. It was all the fault of the manufacturer and the parts they sent. Casey made sure we understood exactly what the problem was and even physically showed us the problem parts. But he stuck with it and he got it back up and running. He is very prompt and communicates better than any repair person I've met.
