I was so darn impressed with this company that I recommended them to my daughter. The unit I got from them actually had a dent on the top. That dent did not effect how the system functioned at all. They actually sent me two rebates for that one dent. I paid $4300 to them, but after my rebates and a credit which they gave me too, I wound up paying about five hundred dollars less because of that one dent. If I could find a termite company half as good as this company, I would be set in life.

The work that was done by this company was fantastic. They really did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone. The price seemed reasonable and the work was done with great quality. The workers were on time and friendly as well.

We were very happy that we chose this company. Everyone we dealt with was very pleasant. We really felt we were treated with great respect. We did shop around and found this company had pretty much the best quote over everyone we looked at. We just love our central air conditioning. They had both systems installed all in the same day. They made sure we knew how to work everything and then they went on their way.

There have never been any problems with this company in the years that I have worked with them. They used to service the air conditioners at my place of employment and that is where I learned of them. I am always pleased and they are so friendly and reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone.

I really like the new heat pump that they put in our house. It heats much more effectively and our heating bills have decreased quite a bit. The guy who installed the heat pump explained what he was going to do before he started and had all of the stuff done in half a day.

It has been a year and there have been no problems. I thought they did a good clean installation. They gave a warranty for several years but there has been no need for it. I thought they were good workers that I recommend to others.

I was thoroughly pleased with this company. I paid the top price in terms of the estimate I had received, but the reason for that was that this company was the only one that I could find that offered such a great warranty. The one I got is actually for ten years and covers virtually anything that might or could go wrong with the unit. I had no complaints and would use them again and again. It took them about a half of a day to get my old system out and to install the new one, which shows good time management skills and they were easy to work with.

I think they did a good job. It has been over a year and we have had no problems with it. They gave us a good warranty on the system. I think they just did a great job for us. They even threw out the old heat pump for us when they cleaned up to leave.

I was thoroughly pleased with Lighthouse. I feel that they are a good company, and their prices are fairly reasonable. I paid one full price for the cost of my new units and their installations. I was pleased with the simplicity of that process. I thought that the employees really seemed to genuinely care about the work that they did and they cleaned up after their work was done. They were respectful of my wishes as a home owner, they were friendly, personable, and obviously loyal to the company for whom they worked. I had not a complaint in the world with Lighthouse. I will be using them in the future because my warranty is through them for those systems I had installed.

Our new furnace works really well. They were able to get our unit installed in just one day. They made sure that we got the exact unit that we were looking for. The serviceman did not leave any messes for me to clean up.

James Sidden serviced our system. He was very responsive and flexible. He checked out our entire HVAC system our 50 year old home. He took time to explain the reason we have both heating vents and air returns in almost every room (the joys of older homes). We will definitely continue to use them for our home.

Office I dealt with was friendly. They called the morning before coming out and also called again to say the repairman was stuck in traffic. They did not give a 4 hour window which most places do and I loved that! The repairman was friendly and explained repair well.

PREVIOUS USE OF THIS VENDOR AS A SERVICE PROVIDER HAS BEEN EXCELLENT. THE QUALITY OF THE WORK HAS BEEN SUPERB - BUT I THINK THAT THEY CANNOT THINK OUTSIDE OF THE BOX. IF YOU HAVE A NORMAL SYSTEM YOU CANNOT GO WRONG.

THIS COMPANY HAS CONSISTENTLY EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS. I HAVE NEVER HAD TO ASK FOR SERVICE ESCALATION NOR HAVE I EVER FELT THAT I NEEDED TO INVOLVE ANYONE''S MANAGER. THE FIELD STAFF HAVE ALWAYS BEEN PLEASANT AND EXPERTS AT WHAT THEY DO. I WISH I COULD GIVE MORE THAN AN
