The experience of working with Trevor, the owner, was very good. He had a great understanding of heat pumps and what best was available, and what best would meet my needs and desire to get the best technology has to offer today. I ended up paying about 2000.00 less for a system with higher SEER rating (19)... and the installation was on time and installed faster than I had imagined. Very happy!

Fine. Trevor explains everything quite well so you understand how he will fix the problem or if you have hit the bitter end on an aging unit and you would do better just to replace it.

We needed new units in our house after 10 years. With the rebates offered we decided to go with a whole new system so we also replaced the furnace and air handler to give us humidity control. The prices quoted were the best in the area. They patiently answered all of our questions and arrived on time and were done quickly with the work. They also did not leave a mess with the work completed and were very respectful of our property. The head install guy with this company has a lot of experience (from my research it's best to pick an AC provider where the person installing has a lot of experience) in the industry. We can definitely tell a difference in our humidity in our house it is way more comfortable and a lot cooler

We called Carolina Refrigeration and they responded quickly to diagnose and make the proper repairs. We have been using this company since 2012 and they have always treated us fairly and professionally. We have two geothermal HVAC systems and not many people in our area can properly service these. Trevor knows and understands these systems and is willing to take the time to properly troubleshoot and make the correct adjustments/repairs that are necessary to get us going. This time we had a freon leak that Trevor located. He also added a stop leak product and the necessary freon which saved us from buying a whole new system. I highly recommend Trevor and will definitely call on them again when the need arises. HVAC problems are no fun but Carolina Refrigeratiion does a great job quickly to get your heat or ac running again.

I woke up heat not working. Called Carolina Ref. They came that morning and fixed problem and serviced my unit. Very satisfied.

They came out in record time and got the Heater in the house back working like a new one.

Mr. Coxton asked about the problems I was having. I have some knowledge of how air conditioners work. He talked me through troubleshooting of the unit. With his help I was able to make the repairs myself. It's not often to find someone that will give his time and expertise to help with a problem that he could easily have made money on. I can't say enough good things about Carolina Refrigeration! They recently replaced our hvac system and all of our ductwork. Their project manager, Rick who worked with us was amazing! He redesigned the ducts, giving us much better efficiency and a lot better airflow. All of their employees that we dealt with who came and worked on our house were very professional and respectful of our home.
