Excellent service, friendly employees, replaced my air conditioner and installed a programmable thermostat. They were very flexible in working with my schedule, showed up on time, finished early. Price was great for the model and energy rating that I got. My power bill is about a third of what is was last year this time. I've been very pleased.

My AC has not been blowing out cold air, the technician (I forget his name) found a leak and suggested a get my entire AC replaced. The cost proposed to me for a new AC was too much for my budget, however, the tech was very nice and professional and I would recommend them.

My Wife and I recently purchased a Mitsubshi Mini Split System from Trevor Coxton at Carolina Refrigeration which ended up being a positive experience when you consider all the negative going on with society today. Trevor is a man of few words so not to listen to a lot of bull was truly one of those lifetime experiences you want to pass on to others. Although we received quotes from several companies, Trevor had the most logistical approach and yet his price was reasonable. During the installation, his crew was very professional and cordial. They arrived at the appointed time, covered the area they were to work in and when the installation was finished, they made sure it was completely clean. Before leaving they even made sure we were pleased and satisfied. Later we received a phone call to confirm we received everything as promised and expected. Can customer service get any better? Absolutely not. As for the completed price, it came out to be exactly what Trevor had quoted so we would highly recommend Trevor Coxton and Carolina Refrigeration to anyone. Ralph & Gwen
