 + -1 moreThe work was performed as required, with attention to quality and function. The new units were sized properly for the application and were a very high quality unit with good warranty. I highly recommend this company for your heating/cooling needs.
Description of Work: CR has installed new systems in two houses and has rebuilt and or repaired a couple others. This work included new duct work and units (as there was no existing system at all) in two houses. It included a new unit and replacing fiber duct with metal in one house. It included modifications to existing system in another house to make it more efficient and effective. They also have installed and maintained two commercial systems in my businesses.

 + -1 moreCarolina Refrigeration delivered what they promised quality work at a very competitive price. They identified a ductwork modification that was needed and man did it make a difference!! The most important thing we found that they proved they stand behind their work. We asked that they changed something for us and their were no questions asked. They were not satisfied until we were. This is why we call them and no one else. Thank you Carolina Refridgeration for taking care of all our HVAC needs. Also thank you for the lower utility bills that you said we would have!!!!!
Description of Work: Carolina Refridgeration located our leak in our upstairs unit. They proposed our different options with no pressure. We decided to replace the unit and went with the recommended one by CR. Six months later we decided to replace our downstairs unit because it was aging . We again had Carolina Refridgeration replace the unit, because we were so pleased with their work.
