He was very professional and knew what he was talking about. He could not service my hot tub so I did not end using the deal, but I would recommend him.

The service was fantastic. What stood out with them was their rapid response. They got back to me right away and scheduled me in a very timely manner. They realized that I did not really have a problem with my filter. It just needed a little tweaking and they did not try to sell me anything else. My interaction with them was very good. The work they did turned out excellent and I have called them again already to do something else for me. I did not spend more than the $39 Big Deal purchase price and they came out the next week after I purchased the Big Deal.

Scott took away our nightmare of a concete deck and turned our back yard into the oasis we had once envisioned! Scott and his team always arrived when they said they would, or would immediately communicate if any delays were necessarry (e.g. rain). The job was thoroughly explained at every stage, and the crew leader (Victor) was extremely customer focused, helpful, and patient. Scott showed up every day to inspect the site as well. Besides the deck renovation, Scott also addressed a couple of maintence issues to the equipment, including changing out the sand in the filter, which we had never been advised to do before by any other company. After seeing the condition of the old sand, it was very clear to us that Scott knew what he was talking about. Would highly recommend this provider and we are extremely happy with the finished product!!!

My water did clear up with simple instructions given to me by Scott.

Scott was very helpful and patieet and also gave us a pool school with the chemicals.Walked us through to test the PH and Chlorine level. Thanks Scott!

Carolina Pool Renovations-the gentleman that came out to the service call was extremely apologetic for not being able to perform the service requested for a hot tub/spa - said he did not know why his company listed "spas" as part of the package when they do not perform service for spas, just pools. He said I was the 3rd person he had to turn down spa service to who had purchased this voucher from Angie's List.

Not a problem, vendor indicated that they did not have the capability to provide the requested service for the make and model of my Spa.

Everything went extremely well, did not have any problems at all. Communication between us was great.

As stated above, the job was completed in a timely manner, with Scott always keeping us informed on everything from start to finish. This company will be there for any pool problems you might have and will do a great job. So professional. GREAT, GREAT, job well done. Our pool looks like a new one now, thanks to them.

Both their serviceman and the subcontractor performed the services with the responsiveness and congeniality I really appreciated. My swimming pool was back in normal operation within a couple of days of my calling them.

I hired another company to help me with this old pool, but it did not go well. In fact they destroyed pool. My backyard looked awful. Then one night I was on Angie's List, scrolling through company after company and then I stumbled across Carolina Pool. I read their reviews and found a review by a member that had the same problem I had, so I decided to give them a call the next day. First off, Scott Ball is wonderful. He worked with me to keep this project affordable and kept me in the loop the entire time the work was being done. He is very detailed and knowledgable and presents many options which is very nice. It was an incredible experience. My pool looks wonderful. I highly recommend this company.

I was disappointed that the pool needs more than a cleaning but I was glad to have Scott's opinion which will probably have cost me more down the road if I did not have the information.

Scott Ball was experienced and professional. He was prompt with initial estimate and follow-up immediately. He kept us well informed with each step of the process. His crews worked well and were reliable. They were polite and courteous. Our house is on the market and Scott worked with us to provide the best alternatives for our situation. Work was delayed due to weather and the holiday schedule, however, Scott kept us informed. He was always accessible to answer our questions.

We had three estimates done. Scott was the only one who looked at every detail when he was here for the estimate. He is very professional and kept us updated on all scheduling and progress. Scott did a great job helping us to decide on coping, tile and plaster when we did not know what we wanted. Job was completed and we were swimming in a timely manor. We love the way the pool turned out. Estimate is exactly what we paid except for a small add on for removal of old pool heater. We would hire him again.

CPR Beger on time & finished the job with no delays. Quality workmanship throughout owner was always present while work was being done.

A great experience, I interviewed three pool renovation companies, it's amazing how many companies listed on Angies List won't do just a renovation but focus exclusively on new builds. We had a twenty plus year old Gunite inground pool which needed an aesthetic make over. While the pool was very functional it was clearly approaching the end of it's useful life in regards to the surface. Scott came to our house and discussed all the options available and provided quotes for each of the options. He didn't lean us toward any specific product but did indicate his suggestion that a Pebbletec finish was by far the best option from a longevity perspective. Scott's company is relatively new but he has been in the business for a long time. His company was recommended to us by the company that actually installs Pebbletec ( the local licensed installer, Landon Pools). I contacted several references provided and all had glowing reports about his attention to detail and professionalism, all of which I would echo after my own experience. Scott was hands on during the entire renovation process. Initially we were told it would take 14 days to complete the job but due to good weather and a little luck with the schedule our job was completed in less than a week. I would recommend Scott and Carolina Pool Renovations to you and will use them again in 20 years when I need to new surface again.
