Description of Work: Air Condition Tune Up

Description of Work: I found them on Angie's List last Fall, which had an offer for furnace tune-up service for $89.00. When I called, I was told I lived outside their normal coverage range, but since the offer was posted on Angie's List they would honor it, but any future calls would be $129.00. At the time of service, there was a steady rain, but the technician (Bill?)showed up on time. My outdoor gas-pack was full of ants; he sprayed them down and we cleaned them out. Everything checked out OK. I decided to sign up for an annual inspection (furnace in Fall, AC in Spring) for $23.00/month; this accrues, and the inspections are deducted from this account. I just had the Spring inspection done. AC checked out OK.

Description of Work: We purchased this 10 year-old home in August, 2013. Though the cooling system was working well, I wanted to have it inspected before turning on for approaching hot weather. Due to drops in temperature and my work schedule, I had to reschedule twice. They were very accommodating. Once the repairman came out, he quickly located some burnt wires, and replaced them as well as checked the system. He told me about some issues that I will have repaired in the future. There was no pressure to do the repairs at this time. I was pleased with the service, and will have them inspect the heating system this Fall.

Description of Work: Company had previously serviced air conditioning unit in spring and replaced it when rust in system made repair impossible. A problem arose later with unit which turned out to be rust in PCV pipe that was connected to heating unit. After working for two hours trying to remedy the problem, I decided after consultation with serviceman to replace heating unit as well (The above price represents the combined price of air and heating units). Work was performed promptly and followed up with a check of the system. Evenness of heat and air has improved, energy cost has been reduced. I find B&G to be reliable, responsible, and reasonable in pricing.

Description of Work: While I was out of town over the weekend, my A/C quit putting out cold air. I called B & G to come out and diagnose the problem. Quickly after opening the unit he discovered a burned out contractor, and promptly replaced it. Shortly afterward my A/C was once again cooling my Condo.
