It turned out very well.

It was cheaper than the competition, and it is a better unit as well than what was quoted by others. Most others thought it would be a 1.5 day job and this company did it in one day. He sells exclusively Maytag. It's a quiet unit. Very accurate - digital thermostat. Good unit.

We called and they came the next day--extremely nice people and very knowledgeable. Very efficient and pleasant. I will definitely call them again.

They are really great. I like them a lot. They are good guys. They work quickly and are reasonably priced. I had them come back and they fixed the problem for nothing.

I have a home warranty with 2-10 and AMERICAN AIR HEATING & COOLING took care of all the paper work for me. After getting the approval and order the parts (Which took 2 days), they came out the following day and installed the new handler in 3-4 hours. There people were very nice and did a good job.

I am pleased with how well our systems work. We have not had any problems with it so far. Our general contractor actually hired them, and we are glad they did. I would have to say that they had their work done on time because our entire project was done on time. Their price was very competitive, but I can't say for sure how much the heating & air bill was, as our general contractor had paid them.

I found this company to be very polite and mannerly. They did arrive late to a service call or two, if I remember correctly, however. Their work was done fairly well from what I could tell and their prices are probably reasonably competitive. I think they did a fine job and would use them again in the future if I needed to. To my knowledge, the company is run and operated by one person so he probably has quite a bit of responsibility on his plate.

We did shop around and got quite a few quotes, and these guys were right up there with one of the best prices for the job. We were very happy that we chose them. There has not been a single problem with the new system. They made sure we had all of our questions answered, and they made sure we knew how to work the new system as well. Everyone we dealt with was wonderful and kind.

We had a great experience with this company. My daughter helped with finding a good company for this job too. She said that this company had been around for a long time and that she had them recommended to her. We had a few quotes and they were one of the better ones we received. They guys who did the installation were very respectable. They explained to us what they were doing. They made sure that there were no gas leaks. They even made sure everything worked the way it was supposed to before they left. We have had no problems with the work they did.

They came out the same day as we called to do the repair. They replaced the worn out and had it up and running perfectly within a few hours. I felt that was quick service. The furnace has been running fine this year. The repair was very reasonable compared to buying a whole new unit, but I forgot what we paid.

I was very impressed with the work that was completed with this company. They really took the time out to explain all of the hazards to us that would have concord if we would have left the old system in. They gave us an excellent quote and final cost. We have continued to use this company for other instances and would refer them to anyone who is need of a great company.

Outstanding service. Bryan was the technician and he was very professional, on-time, an even though it was not an emergency situation (heat was working, just loudly), he called around to find the part and have it installed within a few hours. Was so impressed, I asked them to provide periodic service on my heat pump unit.
