Our service is top notch and fully efficient. Our trucks are perfectly equipped for moving with Pads, dollies, Plastic and much more. We are proud to provide a service that no other company offers; Dedicated Trucks. This means that your belongings are loaded on the truck and not combined with anyone else’s items (from/to west coast only). They are not transferred to other trucks or facilities in route which causes damage and loss of items (typical with van lines). We have a set loading day and unloading day. This is by far the safest way to ship. Our interstate rates are per 24ft moving van that holds up to 8,500lbs or 1400CuFt. Some customers require one truck and some require more. One truck holds the average 1800SqFt.
"J.J and his crew were amazing!!! They took their time and did not rush the job. They showed up with all of their supplies and took care of wrapping and moving high end furniture that my wife and I have spent 3 decades collecting. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you !"

No instate moves. Must leave state. Long Distance Moving Carrier serving 25 states, in business since 2006. Family owned and operated. Not a broker, Agent or referral service. We understand moving can be stressful, and we’re here to make sure you get the help you need and deserve. We are the top company in this industry, so you don’t have to worry about the “guess work” of finding the right long-distance moving company. You already found the BEST! Since 2006 we have stayed the path of 100 percent customer satisfaction. This achievement illustrates the significant focus Move Quick has on our customers.
"In spite of numerous negative reviews about Move Quick, Inc., I opted to hire this company for my move from West Virginia to Los Angeles. I spoke to Phillip, the manager/owner, who convinced me that the posted complaints had been resolved and were exaggerations. However, I, too, was subjected to an exaggerated low bid in order to snag my business. I, too, experience problems with the pick up and the delivery dates. The movers were a day late in arriving, then quoted me a 67% increase in price, from $3,100 to $5,200. BUT I was stuck. The company already had my deposit money. Also, I was charged for one flight of stairs and an exaggerated inaccurate measurement of my front door to the truck. I had been told there was no fee for one flight. I had provided exact measurements for the items in my two rooms of furniture. True, I had 51 boxes instead of 40 but that did not warrant such an increase in price, 67% almost $2,000. Delivery was also problematic. I had told Move Quick, Inc. that I would be at my new home 25 days after the pick up, October 30, 2019. That should have been more than enough time for any truck to drive cross country. They made me wait until December 4, 2020, a total of 25 days to drive 2,400 miles. I made the drive solo in 5 days. Communication with the company once they have your money is near to impossible. It took threats and 6 days for Philip to respond. He then provided an insignificant $75 discount. My recommendation: go with a larger company than can provide an accurate estimate and deliver within a reasonable time. Also, use a company that uses the industry standard of moving cost based on the weight of your items. Don’t let Phillip tell you his method of charging based on volume is better. No one else does this, for a reason. Other estimates I had received were in the $3,700 range.I should have Booked Elsewhere!”"

"like to start out by saying that Art's son and 2 other men showed up and they were very polite and courteous. They were very hard workers and had some pretty heavy furniture to move. They carefully wrapped items in wrap and blankets. We were so impressed with how hard they worked that we bought them lunch and tipped each of them $60. They did leave some scratches on my Ethan Allen dining table but I did not mention that to the owner because I ended up having more serious issues to complain about. First of all they lost 2 legs that belong to a 4 legged chair. As requested by them we moved our own valuables including my jewelry box which had my solid 14-karat gold college ring in it. Unfortunately, I did not heed the advice in the contract and did not lock it up. I noticed after the guys left that the ring was missing. My husband and I searched the entire jewelry box and surrounding areas to see to see if it could have fallen out. My jewelry box has a special ring holder and none of the other rings were missing (costume jewelry). We immediately called Art and he acted like he took it seriously and he said he would check into the missing items and call us back. We didn't hear back from him for a couple of days so we called him back. He said he was on a move and check on it when he got back. We waited several days and no word so my husband called him today. He said no one had taken my ring and they had no reason to because each of the guys were paid $240 for the 12 hour move! (not including our tip) Really? $20 and hour to bust your behind in 95 degree weather and that's high pay? Then he informs me that they found 2 of the chair legs with no offer to pay for the replacement of the other 2. I said but we need 4! I told him I was going to give him a bad review and he starts raising his voice at me that he can't help it that 2 legs got lost in a blanket! It was THEIR blanket! Then he tells me he's sending his lawyer over here with the worthless 2 chair legs! Then he proceeds to brag and go on and on about all the millionaires he's moved and never had a complaint about anything. And his wife starts screaming in the background "call your lawyer ma'am!" Then they tried to call us back several times AFTER THE WIFE IS SCREAMING FOR ME TO CALL MY LAWYER. Excuse me ma'am, but when you tell someone to call your lawyer you are telling them you do not want any further personal contact with them. So you don't call them anymore. My husband texted them that he did not want any lawyer coming over here. He received a text stating that was understood and to have a good day. If I ever find that ring I will profusely apologize and revise my review but there's still no excuse the the missing chair legs and no offer for reimbursement and his wife screaming."

Before your piano movers arrive, it’s a good idea to prep the piano for its journey to avoid damage, as well as clear a path to make the move as easy as possible. You can start by using bubble wrap and moving blankets to protect the keys, lids, and pedals. Drape moving blankets over the piano and secure them, if possible, to protect the surface from damage. Next, clear furniture and other obstructions out of the path from the piano to the door. It’s also wise to maintain a close spot for the moving truck to park out front.
Yes, it is absolutely worth it to hire piano movers. Pianos are heavy and bulky, which makes them very challenging to move safely and without causing damage to the piano and your home. Hiring piano movers is especially worthwhile if you need to move the instrument up or down staircases, as that can put you and your helpers at risk of serious injury. Overall, the price you’ll pay to hire a professional piano mover pales in comparison to the damage you could do to your piano or your home if you attempt the move yourself.
It is not necessary to tip piano movers, and workers from reputable companies generally won’t expect tips. However, if you’re pleased with the service and the movers are friendly and respectful, tipping can show your appreciation for how well the crew cared for what is likely a very expensive instrument. Tipping between $20 and $40 per mover is about average.
It is certainly possible to move a piano without hiring movers, but it’s not recommended. Not only will you need at least four people to lift and maneuver the piano, but getting it around tight corners and down flights of stairs might not be possible without the help of movers. Plus, pianos are exceptionally heavy and bulky, which means you and any helping hands are at risk of injury, as well as an increased risk of damaging your piano. Ultimately, it’s always worth it to call in a professional piano mover.
The average cost to move a piano is around $400, but your total will depend on the type of piano and your living situation—tight corners and flights of stairs will complicate the move. Moving an upright piano will be more affordable—around $250—and a full grand piano will cost closer to $550. Long-distance moves will bump all of these prices up and sometimes double them if the move is across state lines.
