Description of Work: Redid our kitchen and master bath cabinets. David is quite an artist and very imaginative. It was fun watching him think, plan, work, and execute. He took personal pride in what he did.

Description of Work: Never could get appt. scheduled. Partly their fault and partly my fault.

Description of Work: David Hammond repaired, repainted, tiled, and cleaned our house to get it ready to sale. He came in to correct a very sloppy and bad job done by a previous contractor. |He came in and did an inspection and estimate and we were very impressed with his knowledge. He was able to see repairs and refurbishes that we did not and make recommendations to remedy them. He takes great pride in his work and does not do the job half way. He took up the kitchen tile which was a disgrace from the other contractor and replaced it with beautiful tile. It was such an improvement to the mess created by the other contractor. He also tiled under the appliances which the other contractor did not. He repainted the whole house, replaced and refurbished two doors (including two door frames), repaired drywall and refurbished all the trim work also. He cleaned the house, including pulling out the kitchen appliances and cleaning all the way around them also. He made excellent recommendations to update some of the bathroom fixtures and his recommendation was spot on. He also corrected some screen issues on the screened in porch and replaced the screen door with a vinyl one which will weather much nicer than the wooden one he replaced. He has made the house in like new condition. He was pleasant, professional and caring each step of the way and went out of his way to perform his work as we discussed. He did several extra things that made a big difference and didn't charge for them. He is one contractor that performs exactly as he says he will and more. I would not hesitate to utilize his services again or to recommend him to anyone looking for an honest and very capable contractor.

Description of Work: David is either an artist trapped in a carpenter's body or a carpenter trapped in an artist's mind. Either way the customer benefits. He is imaginative and creative but precise and thorough in his woodworking. He is absolutely excellent. Yesterday he finished installing the 68 cabinet doors and drawer fronts he created for our kitchen. Pleased is an understatement. Before letting him leave our home we asked him to measure and agree to redo our master bathroom cabinets.
